Apple has a thing with using the term "ships on" with the launch date. Like with all the iPhones they give a launch date but all orders online always say ship on that date. They usually ship out the Monday before the launch date and Apple will send out tracking numbers then. The package will usually sit in a main hub til about wednesday or thursday then make the final trek into friday morning when they get delivered.

For some reason all the white ones are shipping later. No one knows why. Luckily I ordered Black Slate as planned. Gotta have my ipad mini matching my 64gb iPhone 5 😎

Mine now says processing and delivers November 23rd. I ordered a 16GB Wifi+Cellular model.

if that's the case we won't get them til the following monday... NONE of the carriers (fedex or ups) work on black friday! 😡 😡 😡

i put my work address for delivery cuz i assumed it would be the 16th.....

I actually ordered with my phone about 5 minutes early. Got 2 mini's in both colors and a white retina. 2 covers for the mini's and they are all processing and my card has been charged for the covers. Easiest one I have ever done. I think I will use my app from here on out. Much easier and faster.

wow 30 minutes and the white has slid to 2 weeks!! Glad mine is already processing and will be here on 11/2. They must of sold alot more than people led on. All these people that swore they wouldn't buy one I bet ended up ordering. Guaranteed. Happens with every product.

Glad I went with the black mini I see a lot of ppl who got an order in early for white and have moved to 2 week shipping both my 32 wifi mini and 4th gen are set for delivery on the 2nd with mini Smart Cover shipping 1-3 days dark grey

Does anyone know if they are gonna redesign the smart case for the 4th gen the site says compatibility for 2-4 so I think they are just gonna use the same case I actually just got off the phone with Apple and that's what they confirmed.

I ordered two 32gb LTE (Verizon) iPad Mini's (one white, one black) at 3:10am. Both mine are showing as processing with an expected delivery date of 11/23, that's 3 weeks not the 2 weeks it said when I placed the order. As many as mentioned it's also black Friday.

I'm flying to Miami on black Friday and jumping on a cruise the next day, so unless the delivery date gets pushed up I guess I'll see my mini's when I get back 12/1. Oh well!

I ordered iPad mini, White, 16GB, AT&T Cellular.

My order originally indicated mid-November plus 5 days after shipment, similar to the others.

Apple's site now shows ship: mid-November, delivers by: 11/23.

The last iPad with cellular to go on Black Friday special promotion sale was the original in 2010. iPad 2 with cellular did not go on sale in 2011--only Wi-fi only.

Fed Ex and UPS DO deliver on Black Friday. I used to manage a retail store in the mall here in Illinois and we do get deliveries that day.
