Arrived November 28th (today) via TNT to Finland.
Serial starting DLXLQ - indicating that the iPad was manufactured last week (beginning Nov 18th).
That's fast - I guess they've hit the pedal with production!
Screen color: uniform, no discoloration.
Image retention: VERY faint, hardly noticeable with the IR test.
It's a keeper!

Called T-Mobile today and order available to ship has now changed to 1-2 weeks. It was backordered 6-8 weeks as of last night, 11/29.
Ordered a engraved ipad mini retina on Nov 27th... It shipped on the 30th and I'm pleased to say that its expected delivery day is Dec 4th!! Its already in Memphis, TN... not too far from Houston, TX! Hopefully its foreal haha. I also ordered another engraved one on the 28th it shipped today and its expected delivery is Dec 5th...and that one is with standard shipping. I'm gonna be doing the pre-signed printed paper thing (fedex)... has anyone else done that procedure?

shipping carrier and shipping speed relationship?
I was wondering if there is any relationship between shipping speed and shipping
carrier. I ordered two of my rMini using expedited shipping and it was delivered
through FEDEX. Two of them both had DLXLQ serial and was made on week 47
even though I ordered one on 11/12 and the other on 11/26.
The first one had screen tint + image retention problem and the other one
had the same problem as well. So I ordered the third one today.
I am planning to change it to expedited shipping but I am afraid that if
I change the shipping speed, I might receive the one with a same problem.
Does the shipping speed affect the serial number and where it was made?
or maybe the shipping carrier? If I just leave it as standard shipping,
is there a chance that it will be delivered through UPS?

Mine has been "stuck" in the arrival stage at Louisville, Kentucky since 11/30 @ 01:13 AM too.
Maybe something happened to that batch of iPads (stolen or extremely damaged?).
Damnit.
Mine shipped on 11/28 and made it all the way to Louisville on 11/30 at 1:13AM then the next day it said it was in Hong Kong again. Now it says it has arrived in Anchorage, AK since 12/2 at 1:16 PM. Sounds like ours are on the same shipment. Mine still says it is to be delivered tomorrow 12/4 by the end of the day too, we will see if that happens...
Weird. Mine just left from Louisville (finally.. it was there since 01:00 local time on Saturday).
Should be delivered to my door by tomorrow as well. Back to being excited.
I ordered an engraved silver 32GB ipad mini r. It has had quite the adventure trying to get to me. It has travelled all over the place back and forth but is getting closer. It was supposed to come today but unfortunetely it has been delayed another day with a scheduled delivery of December 5th Not sure what is up with UPS routing.

Ordered another 64gb wifi space grey last night. I'm returning one as well due to yellow screen. Hopefully the new one will put an end to this revolving door. Looks like shipping times are starting to improve, their site says 5-7 days now, yesterday it was 5-10.
Ordered a Space Grey 32GB on the evening of the 3rd December (UK time) when est. shipping time was 5 - 10 days. Estimated delivery date was 16th - 23rd December, iirc. I got an email yesterday saying the order is being processed and the est. delivery date is now 18th - 31st December.
I just hope that with the est. shipping dates improving from 5 - 10 days to 5 - 7 days that mine won't take forever to ship.
UPDATE: My mistake, ordered it on the evening of the 2nd. Also, it's now preparing to dispatch and est. delivery date has been updated to 12 - 16th December!
UPDATE 2: Got a dispatch email just now. Estimated delivery is the 16th. Here's hoping it's sooner!

Ok so I had a heart attack when nearly $400 was missing from my account this morning. Turns out it was T-Mobile for the iPad rMini 128GB. They said the money will leave my account when it's ready to ship. Interesting as this is not a hold like the first time when I first ordered it. Maybe things are looking up for us???
My iPad reached London last night. I'm a bit surprised to see it's still there, but I guess they're merging the iPad and Smart Cover into the final order.
UPDATE: Hurrah, finally with UPS. I have a tracking code. Website and Parcel app both say it will be delivered by today, the 11th December.
