(from the support page https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.do ) as the UPS "Track By Referance" number and it came up! Shows as shipped even thought Apple.com status is "Preparing for Shippment".

Do this...

I used my Serial Number.

Of all of the methods posted this is the only one that worked for me.

And then it looks like flight 105 continues from Anchorage to Louisville, departing around 3:30pm AKDT, arriving around 1:30am EDT on 10/30/2012

My iPhone had the same route, sat in Louisville for 2 days before being trucked to NC for Friday delivery.
