Purchased iPad Pro, 128GB, LTE in Space Grey.
I have been playing around with it for the past 6 hours and haven't found the fault yet :)

- NO "bleeding"
- NO "clothing"
- NO "yellowing"
- NO dead pixels
- NO "flexing" on display
- NO WiFi issues

Anyone..?

I don't know if it's a fault but my speakers are quiet when typing or hearing a text tone, but are super good and loud when listening to music or watching a movie. Like I can still hear it but it's oddly quiet.
Typing is super quiet too, like the top speakers are set at low and won't go any higher. It is weird as the ringtones are normal and so are all other sounds except clicks, typing, and text tones.

What about the aluminum finish, the bezels, the edges, the back, are these coming free of any physical flaws or defects? Sounds like they might be in beautiful shape for the most part?

Yeah, you're correct - sound clicks/system sounds and even cover close doesn't produce any sounds, or they are at incredibly low volume... Definitely a BUG

Thank-you!!!... I mean I really am sorry it's happening to you too... (that sucks) but I'm glad too, cause that probably indicates that it is unlikely a hardware problem, and more of a software/iOS 9.1 issue. I DID NOT want to have to drive 80 miles again to the Apple Store. Especially since they have no more in stock to even exchange. Plus I hate the return game. lol
I feel like when Apple gets OSX working right their iOS has issues, (Mavericks ruled but iOS 7 was bleghh, Yosemite sucked but iOS 8 was good, now El Capitan is good and iOS 9 has issues.)

When I tap on the lower third of the display, something inside my iPad makes a clicking sound like a trackpad.

I have the same problem but with my ipad pro its more situated in the middle area

Same issue with mine. Even with the display completely off it clicks around the bottom area. I can press the same area on the back right below the apple logo and you hear the clicking. It's like maybe there's too much of an air gap or something is not completely secure inside??

It's clearly something with that black strip to the right, not glued or taped down securely.

My screen seems to be not as smooth as the iPad Air. There's definitely more friction swiping your fingers across it compared to the Air (which is smooth as glass).

Not sure I like the increased "grippiness" of the screen. (Or maybe it's just my unit).

The plastic part of the case covering the LTE antennas feels a bit creaky if I apply any pressure to it (like if I place my hand there while holding it). I have an LTE mini, which doesn't have the same problem.

Everything else is great!

Mine charged super slow. It took 6+ hours to go from 12% to 100% and I used the charger and cord it came with. That's pretty disappointing.

Not iPad Pro hardware related, but I'm disappointed by the number of apps that aren't part of the slide over/multitasking such as Amazon Kindle and even settings by Apple. There's no reason why settings can't fit in the 1/3 or 1/2 screen.

I haven't got the clicky screen issue

The only very minor issue was a slight scuff to the bottom left of the shiny Apple logo on the rear of my Space Grey 128GB WiFi model. It looks like a few hairlines but only noticeable if you hold it up to the light. Not the end of the world, but a little surprised to see that. I could hardly return it for that as everything else is perfect, so far! (touch wood)

Mine arrived today. I think it's a fantastic device, but before even powering it up found two size able scratches on the back. Not happy considering I brought the $1079 model, not that it would be less concerning on the 799 model. Now the wait on a replacement because they are a few weeks out now.

Well so far mine is pretty darn good, best iPad i've bought i terms of no issues (aside from the odd low system sounds: typing, text incoming, and when i put the smart cover down, you barely here the clicky sound.) But the rintone is super loud and watching videos or listening to music, or anything else, the speakers are amazing almost louder than my big TV. :O The screen has no issues I can see yet, i guess when I get home i'll check for dead pixels (still don't know how to even see them.) But all the past iPads I've gotten always had scratches, dents, warped glass, loose home buttons, or just plain weird problems... so far this is the best one I've gotten *knock on wood. lol

Mine is the same. I think they are all like that.

Mine does this, but honestly since the charger cable is so long (thanks Apple! :) ) charging isn't a problem as i just keep it plugged it. When I turn it off, it charges about 75% of the speed the Air 2 did. The battery seems to last long though, so I am not too concered about the charge time... especially since I don't take this anywhere. That's what my phone is for. :)

I had no issues, then I ran the human anatomy app and a few games and ended up with a bright yellow splotch on the lower right side of the the iPad(see picture) I am assuming it's glue but WTH!

I'm bummed that Netflix hasn't been updated yet!
