Some of these (a page or two back) are NSFW. Can we have a thread for the NSFW wallpapers or at least change the thread title?

Seriously...I went back hopingntonfind something good.

Where do you work, a church?

In a lot of [politically correct] companies this kind of thing can get you reprimanded or even fired.

A few years ago I worked for a company that was an offshoot of Bell Labs/Lucent. That was famous for being the first company to not allow swimsuit type calendars in the male dominated laboratories in the 1970s and it became a big federal workplace issue such that all big companies now have that in their HR book of sins.

And I know for a fact that skin tone detection can be employed by the IT department to snoop on what you're browsing and at least flag it for review.

I guess that's my point...wouldn't you be fired for surfing on this site even if the images were safe for work?

Macrumors.com is benign enough. When I worked there macrumors was one of my daily visits (95% for the news headlines). No reason to block it, at least not for content.

Even in the most locked-down company they're usually liberal enough to allow you to do some amount of surfing, provided it's while you're waiting for something else to finish or if you're eating lunch at your desk.

Checking news a few times a day is acceptable; spending all day and not getting your work done is not. As for questionable content, (a) most truly offensive sites are blocked by firewall and/or proxy server, and (b) even if something completely inappropriate squeaks through generally there is no klaxon sounding in the halls and the IT gestapo doesn't show up in minutes with rifles. But make a habit of it and you will attract attention.

Your supervisor (and other superiors) can and often do get reports of your telephone usage and internet usage and they can spot when you're goofing off.

here's a peak at a couple of mine.. = constantly changing..

This isn't a screen-shot thread. please upload the actual wallpaper:)

Haha - right you are.. I had simply seen many just showing their screenshots then providing if there was any interest.. you can find both of the actual wallpapers here:
color image // bw image

Since making this post, the app that created it has been accepted into the AppStore: TEXT2IMAGE
The color image was created with 'TEXT2IMAGE the app' as an input.. and the b/w one was '89', which is amongst my all time favorites.

Can anyone crop and make a wallpaper from this image?

I ordered a white iPad for my dad, who owns a Boston terrier (and is pretty much obsessed with it lol)...I thought this would make a cool and simple homescreen or lock screen with just a plain white background. I like the 'cartoon' look and think it would look especially great if the image is placed lower, so that it's right above the dock (so when the iPad is vertical and you have four rows of icons you're able to see it).

I don't have photoshop or else I would try to edit it myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here's a link to the image: http://www.clker.com/clipart-26943.html

Thanks in advance! :)

Here's the iPad version of an iOS wall set I made. :p

Tnsltwn, I love all of your work - including this one. Any chance you could make an iPad version of this one but with the blue matching horizontal stripe beneath the badge (like you did for the iPhone)? Thanks!!

Kolors

Well I caved and made a wall pack. I love the color bar concept. It adds color to your homescreen. :p Here's 2 of the 6 colors I included along with a plain lockscreen and a plain homescreen one. Please download the full pack because you might like one of the other colors! :p Enjoy and thanks as always!
