Go to the support section in the Apple site. There you will find contact information. Apple will work with UPS to determine what happened. You will get your order. It will work out

Oh dear. Surely UPS didn’t hand over an obviously empty box and you signed for it??? I thought orders here in UK anyway needed signing for and ID showing. I did yesterday with UPS no issues.

Actually Security services in my apt. signed it. They did not check the contents. When i saw and opened, nothing was found.

Agreed. That’s a return box. Not a retail box.

Definitely not a return. You can see the device part number, serial, and web order number on the label, which may have contributed to the theft.

Sorry to hear about this, OP.

Yeah that's super weird. That field was blank on the box for the Apple Watch I received yesterday

Hmmm fact of the matter is when they signed for the boxes they released all liability. Signing not only confirms you received it but also is you signing that you accept the condition of the item at time of delivery. I also find it funny that you had 2 and both of the items going to you where empty.

He has also asked to check the CCTV Surveillance.

I have read in many forums, this issue has happened with many ppl. Its nothing new.

In case you reach a dead end, you can always resort to your credit card and do a chargeback.
