This seems counterintuitive, but it's actually what I did instead entering the whole address, I just entered the general area of the CC - which in my case is Longwood, FL (my delivery address is Orlando, FL). That was when it popped up for me. Sorry it's been so annoying! I guess with all the non-CC pick-up options, they are trying to keep people from coming to the CC and thus making it tougher to search for.

It won’t delay it at all. Why do people keep tossing that around. It will not delay as long as you request it before it goes to Louisville. I sure hope that’s not the case. Ups usually doesn’t get her e until around 5pm. I’m waiting until after tomorrow to see what I want to do. I have to have surgery soon here, and I’m off work until I have the surgery and recover. If I have the surgery before Friday I’ll just let it deliver, but if it’s not going to be this week I’m wanting to hold it and go get it as early as possible.

Is this to CC? Or would it not delay to any UPS Store as long as I request the change ASAP?
To a store could delay it because it’s already routed to go to your address if you request a hold it’s not processed until it gets to the CC. Holding at a CC usually doesn’t delay it since it’s pulled before it’s on a truck

trading in. Main reason I’m upgrading is because Apple is giving me $600 for my xs max.
If it gets diverted to a franchise UPS store it can very well add on a day. I know a few owners of them. They usually get one delivery a day and it’s usually around closing time so they can do a drop off/pick up to save on the number of stops and labor involved.
Trade in alongside my iPad Mini 3 after. Then might use gift card value to try Powerbeats Pro and new iPad. If I don’t like the Powerbeats Pros, I guess I’ll get a pair of Airpods II to replace my first set.
Probably not the right forum but I think it’s the right group. I didn’t select my phone for trade in because I’m not sure if I want to keep it or not for backup or sell it on my own or what. I’m now thinking of trading it in for a gift card and ordering a watch after I get my phone. How long do you think apple will still give me $400 for my “X”. They have said $400 for the past week at least.
