It's that time of the year again!... I told myself I won't get it this year, but yet here I am awaiting my iPhone 11 Pro in silver color... at least I looked at my storage usage and got 64GB instead of 256GB this time, I have 2TB iCloud and everything is on the cloud nowadays for me.

No your iPhone is part of a larger store delivery shipment and as a result there is not individual tracking for each customer's order that will be delivered to an Apple retail location.

Your next update should be an email from Apple on Thursday about preparing for your pickup on Friday at your reserved time.

Dave

Thanks!

I was placing my order for iPhone 11(Green), 128GB and the website says that it will be delivered between Oct 7-Oct 14. Why so late? :/

"The shipping times of midnight green iPhone 11 Pro, green iPhone 11, and purple iPhone 11 are all two–three weeks or longer. The shipping times of other colors are roughly shorter than ten days. It should be noted that the glass casings of midnight green models are currently facing production issues; therefore, it makes the shipping time longer."

Throw Space Gray in there as well cause I got an Oct 4-11 Ship date and was only a few hours late to the party.

Dis you do a search? This was asked a ton of times. The answer is no :) #UseTheSearchFeatureForImmediateAnswers

9/27 and later phones will not be shipped out with the first batches. Your phone most likely isn’t even made yet.

What I’d like to know is why my order which went in when the store opened got pushed back a week when others who ordered later all have 9/20. I feel like I was cheated out of the 9/20 for no reason. I wonder if Apple will compensate me for their screw up if I call.

I am wondering the same
Thing. People who ordered after me have tracking numbers, launch day delivery etc...and my card hasn’t even been charged yet.

What exactly would they compensate you for? How have you been financially impacted by delayed shipping?

No, they won't do anything. It's first come, first serve on pre-order day. A few seconds wasted here or there, is a lifetime during the initial pre-orders...
