FYI: Apple Store pickup is now unavailable for all iPhone 11/11 Pro models. It will not let you select the option for picking up at an Apple Store anymore.

And, these people ordered the EXACT phone as you, the same configuration, etc? It all depends on how fast you get in, place your order, and which phone you want. Some of the people who ordered ”hours” after you may have ordered a completely different phone!

It was probably the old one. I was there in 2010. I looked at pics of the current one, and it's very different.

I'm going to be stuck waiting for delivery on Friday. I didn't notice the deliver to store option (too early I guess) Both phones are in china now just waiting for their ride to the US.

I still have to go and pick up my watch though so unless our phones come early my husband will stay and wait. Oh well. UPS says by end of day right now although the phones have been delivered earlier most of the time. A few years ago I missed UPS and had to go and pick them up at the office that night. I don't want to do that again.

In hind site... I almost think I preferred having to go to Apple last year to get my phone. This year I'll be sitting around waiting til UPS comes by usually between 1 and 2... Last year I picked up when they opened and was back home before UPS ever left the local hub to deliver..... But it is a bit over and hour one way... so I made the sensible choice, if not the one that was best for my patience.....

apparently works now if you buy outright... still full price for AT$T payments.... AC is $20 cheaper... I'm calling and getting a refund on that! No reason not to price adjust that since they'll price adjust other products post purchase. (But ya... wish they would price adjust my payments phone)

According to Apple, launch day delivery phones will say "preparing to ship" until sometime Wednesday/Thursday when they send out tracking numbers. You can prolly find yours on UPS now/soon though before Apple sends them out.
