same here, neither the app or the website shows the CC option. I called UPS, and they said I should wait until it gets to the states and call again.

thanks! i'll have to call them if i still don't get CC option online when mine hits state-side. it's just weird that they wouldn't give you the ease of doing it online this year vs. loading up their phone lines. maybe they want us to call b/c they know some people won't?

I thought I'd be able to add it via My Choice "Delivery options", but only saw UPS Stores and the like. They gave me 14 options (or so) to get it on Monday. I then remembered that I had to call UPS last year to get the hold. I thought I'd have to wait till Thursday but went ahead and gave it a try and the holds are in place. I don't think CC will ever show up in the app or on the browser.

BTW, not to rub it in, but my iPhone is flying 640mph right now, if my guess was correct about which HKG flight it is on.

I ordered my Pro Max 256 gig midnight green at 7:01 am central time (super fast ordering) not one problem when using the Apple store app. UPS did a origin scan at 4:15 am order processed and ready for ups at 12:19 pm... (both above scans on 9/16) nothing since.

Same here man. And I was a bit later than you. I think I preordered at 7:04 through the app and received an origin scan of 12:10pm on 09/16. No movement since. Maybe we’ll see something overnight.

How can I see where my local pickup spot would be? I don’t have a clue where The closest UPS center is near me. I wouldn’t mind going to pick it up in the morning since I wanna leave work early and it’s being delivered to my shop, who knows when it will arrive.

For you all who are still waiting, my phone last year finally moved at about this time on Wednesday night, 24 hours from now. It arrived into SDF on Thursday morning, sat for 9 hours before flying into the local hub at around 8pm, plenty of time before my picking it up at the CC at 10am on Friday morning.

haha! the past 3-4 preorders i’ve done have given me the option online to hold at CC. this will be the first year i will have to call but oh well! worth it since UPS typically doesn’t get to my house until 5-6:30pm!

I had more options using safari from my mbp than I did the iPad and iPhone. Not sure why. But the CC was available with the mbp.

Wait for it to hit Anchorage, then you will be able to add the UPS CC. I do it every year.

I wasn't sure I would have changed if given the option because I don't actually trust them to let me pick it up that same day but we are heading out of town that evening for a cat show & I wanted to be sure I got the phone & watches before we leave. We'll just have to be late 🙂.

Yes, I did not want to get it on Monday at the local UPS Store, I wanted it from the CC where I can go at a leisurely 10am and pick up my phone! And set it up all day instead of waiting while listening to all the trucks driving by till 5pm!

LOL you just described how my Friday will go. Waiting and watching I am always peeping out of the blinds and crap. Hoping the noise I hear is the big turd brown ups truck, flying way too fast down my road.
