Anyone have any idea why my tracking would show this?? Is it a mistake/delayed notification? Anyone else go to Alaska then back to China?

Come on, use a least a modicum of basic logic and common sense. OBVIOUSLY the phones are not going back to China....Deep breaths.

All of this happens EVERY YEAR. Bad entries, delayed entries, MISSED scans entirely. There are plenty of flight options the rest of the way. Those first out are only going to sit, literally, in Louisville for the next day and a half anyway. They move in waves.

For those of us 255’ers that landed and departed AK overnight, I’m assuming we’re in UPS2997 that lands in Louisville. Am I right?

I am not sure, but that is the flight that I am following. I did not see any other UPS departures from Anchorage to a US destination when I conducted the search on the FlightAware app.

Time zones and the way UPS displays current time. 5:20 PM in China is 1:20 AM in Alaska (after the 12:00 AM). The scan delayed in positing to their servers, and scans are posted in order according to time zone of the package’s current location. Your package did not go back to China.

Don’t forget that UPS also contracts with other cargo carriers. Cathay Pacific Cargo flight 2084 is also heading to SDF right now.

64g Midnight green 11 Pro Max, it is what it is. Even tho I still don’t understand how some who ordered hours later still ended up getting a launch day delivery. On the other hand getting it next week or by Oct. 1st is better than the middle of October.

Yes one of last years in spite of all the preapp and such it took me 10 plus minutes and I ended up end of October through early November. But that time by time we were in October I moved up two weeks to middle of October, not looking like it will this year. — I wonder about computer nodes connecting us to apple servers our stuff (trunk line) goes through Chicago and I am on comcrap (my only choice), my cell signal at home also weak (calls and such OK) but internet faster on my house Wifi so I have to use phone to order on WIFI. Funny thing this year it took me 8 minutes to get on. My iPad was also running and 2 minutes after it got on but I could not of course order through it the App Store app on the iPad as it did not show my preorder stuff even though its a late gen iPad Pro and with Face ID. One year I remember ordering via iPad but now it seems we have to use phone for some reason

I'm not concerned, but rather just curious.

I have a label created scan at 12:28 am on 9/16 and a shipped scan at 3:45 am on 9/16. Nothing else after that. Does anyone else have those times?

This will be my 4th or 5th time preordering and I know not to worry about tracking by now...the phone will get to me in time. But it's always fun to observe and post in this thread.

Ditto. It's the only flight that makes sense.

How is the grip? It seems quite slippery.

I like open access to the buttons, so I may give the Caudabe Lucid Clear a shot. But I do like the open bottom of the Apple Clear case...
It does feel slick out of the package but I’ve read that doesn’t last too long. The open bottom scares me lol. I used to use the silicone cases with the open bottom and I dug my phone pretty hard when it fell and landed on a edge of a sidewalk.
