Pulling up to someone’s house, watching them watch you through a small sliver of blinds, giving them their iPhone while they frantically get back inside to open up the phone they’ve been tracking for a week straight on MacRumors!

Atlas Air 8160 left ANC at 8:40 PM AKDT landed in Louisville (SDF) at 6:38 AM EDT today.

There is also a Cathay Pacific flight (CPA2084) that left Anchorage at 11:53 PM AKDT and is scheduled to arrive in Louisville at 9:39 AM EDT.

I think many of us still have that status with Apple. UPS is telling almost all of us that we have already shipped.

Wish I was at that status aleast. Ordered with in 10 minutes and still stuck with this obviously not getting opening day and I hate having to plan for a range of dates than the single opening day:

I am still at an origin scan at this point. I am thinking the pallet with my phone just hasn’t been scanned or it’s really just sitting there I still have a delivery date of Friday so I am not worried yet.

Come on, use a least a modicum of basic logic and common sense. OBVIOUSLY the phones are not going back to China....Deep breaths.

All of this happens EVERY YEAR. Bad entries, delayed entries, MISSED scans entirely. There are plenty of flight options the rest of the way. Those first out are only going to sit, literally, in Louisville for the next day and a half anyway. They move in waves.

I love the certainty lol... you may be overestimating the role logic plays in UPS logistics. It’s now showing an Incheon arrival scan. The time zone explanation someone else mentioned makes sense, although I’m not sure if that theory matches with the time stamps. I’m not that worried, to be honest, I find it more humorous than anything.

One year the driver was laughing as he handed me the package. He said they were working overtime to get all the phones delivered. Every year I look at that little box and am amazed that most of them make it to the right destination on time.

Hope Apple really does follow through with the embedded in persons microchip that communicates with U1 chip to keep phone “proximity locked and unlocked”. Can’t wait

I still haven't moved since Sunday with an origin scan 9/16/19 7:57 am. However, yesterday it changed to "in transit" and this morning I got an email notification regarding my IUP loan. I haven't been worried at all and assume it is moving or close to moving just not getting scanned. Anybody else with this time stamp showing any movement?

I'm not concerned, but rather just curious.

I have a label created scan at 12:28 am on 9/16 and a shipped scan at 3:45 am on 9/16. Nothing else after that. Does anyone else have those times?

This will be my 4th or 5th time preordering and I know not to worry about tracking by now...the phone will get to me in time. But it's always fun to observe and post in this thread.
