If you’re on IUP are you also able to take your phone in to Apple? Or only option is shipping in the box Apple sends you?

I think you can do both but it depends on how you ordered your new phone...home delivery, you get the kit to send your old phone back...If you are doing the in-store pickup of the new phone, you give them your old phone at the store...

My watch has been in Louisville since Monday. My iPhone is in the so called 2:55 ZZ status as of this morning still. Got my apple shipment emails for both a few minutes ago. This has happened before. Last year, I think mine was "still" in China when I went to bed on Thursday night and in Louisville when I woke up. So definitely issues with UPS customer portal tracking. I think when apple is shipping millions at once, it is hard for UPS to keep up with those large pallets of phones LOL. 11/12 years now, and Apple has never missed a delivery date for me.

9/27-10/1 and STILL not a single update. Starting to worry I won't get it in that window and I think getting it early is completely out of the question now, no?

Hard to say usually they beat those dates by a few days in previous years but right now UPS activity is overwhelmed with the big 20thy shipment load. I am hoping after 20th we might get more updates showing. Of course it depends how many more had to be made to fill our orders, we obviously went past allocations for our choices which seem from what I see here, poll at top, to be the 11 Pros especially that slipped and particularly the 11 Pro Max in space grey, followed soon by the new mdnight green. If I had chosen gold I hear I would have gotten the 20th not a popular color or they made lots of them or both. I would say start watching later half of tomorrow as the big load is done and our stuff might start showing.

Last UPS status was the 9/18 2:06am departure scan in Anchorage. I fully expect a Louisville arrival scan shortly.

I'm still showing up in China too, but I actually just got the text notification from UPS saying that it will be delivered tomorrow. Judging by the other people in here, I think it's safe to say that we will be getting our phones tomorrow

i called yesterday to get my phone/package held at UPS CC and i'm getting conflicting info on tracking so not sure what i do..?

one screen shows the exception and that i'll pick it up at CC but when i click into tracking details, it says it'll get delivered end of day to my house and i just got a text message from UPS saying the same...so do I go to CC or wait at home tomorrow?!

maybe UPS system is just messed up and it'll all correct itself later? lol
