Scan still shows Anchorage departure scan 9/18 2:06am but I got a shipped email from Apple and a text from UPS that package is arriving tomorrow. I don't worry it will be late, just like the excitement of progress.

I would highly recommend not even trying it. I'm sure its been attempted...with or without success I'm not sure of...but the more its attempted the more they are likely to nix the feature.

Can i pick up directly from delivery 📦 truck?

Granted, I live in a small town, but this has never been an issue for me. I see the driver somewhere making a delivery, walk up to him and tell him he has a package for me, he gets my address, asks to see my ID, gives me my package. If it saves him a stop, why would he mind.

Store will always show 1 day delay. Needs to be the customer center.

I’m not thrilled about picking up at this new CC location. For the last few pickups, the rep said, “we looked everywhere, but it’s not here”. Some other rep will suggest that they check another area...”oh, here it is!”

The previous CC location always knew where to find my packages.

It's awful. I either take personal time to wait for the phone's arrival or pickup in store.

Placed two separate orders that are both showing delivery tomorrow. One for wife, one for me.

Mine just scanned in Louisville. Wife's is a 2:55er still showing it's sitting in ZZ, China. Sucks to be her!

yes i agree... but how can we get this form???? Apple or UPS wont give me one. I thought it would be on the apple.com order page but it is not! what can we do?? I work tomorrow and would be good not to have to stay home and play sick :/

So even though the tracking doesn’t show signature required I confirmed with UPS and yes it is required. They also said it shows the hold for pickup request.

Question for the peanut gallery. Usually I upgrade my old phone to the latest iOS release because in years past it has come out on the Tuesday or Wednesday before the new iPhone releases on Friday...this year, with the iOS 13 release today at 1pm, and my new iPhone set to arrive tomorrow, should I even bother? Does it make it easier when transferring from my XS Max to my new 11 Pro Max if they are on the same OS version?

If you want to make it much easier you'll want your current phone on iOS 13 so when you transfer data to your new phone then both devices will be on iOS 13.

Is it crazy picking up IPhone from UPS CC? How early should I get there?

it’s never been crazy at mine. I’ve been picking up an iPhone on launch day since the 6, and there have never been more than 10 people in line when the doors open. When the X came out, the rep said wth exasperation, “you people and your phones!” I’m usually out with my phone in 30 minutes.

Yeah I found that online, but I feel this is questionable to whether UPS would accept it or not for this type of shipment from apple.... this is from 2008.....
