Same here. 20 minutes is nothing compared to waiting all day and then missing the driver because I’m in the restroom, and he doesn’t accept the release on my door.
I’ll tape the signature release on my door in case the CC says “oops, it was put on the truck” (it’s happened to me for other stuff)

How did you go about having it held at the CC? Did you need to call in? I have had it held in years past but the only options I get on the UPS website and the app is to pick a Store and I know that will delay it. The local CC (also about 20 minutes away) is not showing up as an option (and I need to be out for chunks of the afternoon so I do not want to roll the dice on delivery).

I did some digging on UPS website and it looks like the CC is now only an option if there was already a delivery attempt made...

It's awful. I either take personal time to wait for the phone's arrival or pickup in store.

it’s always been very quick and uncrowded for me. The newbies at this CC are a little slow, but it works out well.

So my tracking shows that it really was in China this whole time. I’m not sure how they get it from Kentucky this morning to my front door in Seattle by tmrw though!

I went online signed into my choice and went to delivery options. CC was on the list selected it and hit finish. No issues nothing special to find it and nothing about needing an attempt.

Everyone is saying it needs to be in person and a lot of the notes are being rejected. Apple May have put an end to that.

That was my question though... The exception never popped up on the website, just a text message. Should it also reflect on the tracking page?
