same for me...I had to remove the iPhone case from cart b/c I found another one I liked better on amazon and I think that cost me....those 5 seconds

Same.Wtf... checkout said delivers on the 20th, but email and order status says 9/27-10/1
Both orders are now showing “we have received your payment information and are preparing your order” with 9/20 delivery via standard shipping. The original message likely was a temporary queue by Apple to process and clear orders.
Huh? Unlocked devices are available. I ordered mine unlocked.
That all depends on your location on the ups drivers route. Home address are usually after business.
No email just yet, but still the fastest order process yet. I opened the store app ant 1 phone came up. I ordered it and then had to wait about a minute before the store reopened and I ordered the second one. Done and I’m going back to sleep. I thought i daw delivery on the 20th as i placed the order though. I have the order numbers. They were ordered at around 5:05 and 5:06

Dates for the green Pro Max started slipping to the 27th in the first 10 mins. Glad I went ahead with the space gray instead
Unlike Amazon, whee the inventory is marked the second you place it in your cart, Apple doesn't actually remove the phone fom inventory until you complete the order. So losing a week during the time it takes to get checked out happens a lot on launch day.
Same, order complete 7:10 CST, delivery Sept 20th, I wasn’t really rushing either. Weird thing is from my iPhone X and the Apple store App I did not see an unlocked option after picking the trade-in option. Had to order from the iPad then the unlocked full price option was there.
I always hold for pickup at UPS then I get it at like 9am
I did, too. I was in instantly. Monday, September 23 delivery was the earliest for 256GB Pro in silver, and Pro Max in silver. For me.
All green Pro Max models are already showing non launch day delivery dates. Wow.
Got preordered ‘sim free’ midnight green 512 GB for pick up at the store on September 20. I am so thankful because after my preorder, no store pick up available for all sizes.
My pickup order status is still “Order Placed” When will it start to change to “Processing”?
