I pre-ordered when store went live. I was told Sept 20th delivery. Just checked my email and it says Sept. 27- Oct 1. I’m like WTF? So I get in touch with Apple and they tell me it’s because of the storm in the southeast US last week and the couriers pushed back the date. Seems to me, if that’s true, there would be a lot of folks that got bumped back as I did. So, I’m wondering if anyone else here get the same delivery push back or I got lip service from Apple specialist.

My order has an estimated delivery of Sept 27th to Oct 1st. Checked the Apple Store app this morning and it looks like they have 11 Max Pro 256GB available for pick up. Called to cancel my order and got my pick up window at my local Apple store! Pre-Order failed me this year!

This is my first time doing one in I think 4 years. Only did it because I literally have nothing else to do at the moment. Was sort of a pita which is sad because I don’t have a lot of apps or anything. Can’t imagine what it would be like for someone who has a ton.
It's painful to see the truck my phone is on is right across the street from me, but know I am not the next stop knowing the route the truck is on will have him go away from me before he comes back.

Same here. He’s been to every single commercial site in the area circling me.
As easy as it sounds. Popped mine out of my old phone and right into my 11pm and bam. Service.
