Haptic Touch can't match 3D Touch. I already dislike. It's too slow and seems like a cost cutting measure. I need to see if I can turn off Haptic Touch. Yes, I dislike it that much.

Thats the first thing i will bbe turning off. I won't even restore from cloud because i rather set up as new iphone

Finally some movement on my 9/27-10/1 preorder. Moved onto "preparing to ship"!

Yes mine also. Given that it’s 1 AM there we might not get another change till tonight. I am not sure all that goes on for shipping label and UPS to come. Also given that this is batch two they may accumulate so many before UPS comes. Hoping for maybe early next week but we will see.

Yeah mine was delivered about 10 minutes after he moved from the parking lot. Of course he had to take his lunch just before he delivered mine

My driver did say a lot of iPhones still on truck because people weren't home. I did have to sign.

My Pro Max silver arrived. I'm glad I went with Silver. It looks very slick.

The pics I’ve seen are making me kinda sad that I canceled my silver order to go with gold instead. I’m sure I’ll love gold as well when it finally freaking arrives. Lol.

There are a cluster of apartments near me close together and it seems the UPS guy is hitting all of those first. I don't know why I even care, I won't be home until later tonight. I guess I just want to see it delivered and in the package locker so I know it's there and safe.

No way these UPS maps are accurate because if they are they'd be out of business for lack of efficiency. My truck keeps going back and forth between like two industrial parks that are about a mile from my house, been that way since 9AM this morning.

Yeah it's killing me, as someone who's brain is wired for efficiency I'm like why are you back at that place you already went to! But like others have said they have to deliver some shipping items by 10:30 and often go to businesses first.

You can restore from a newer OS to and older one if you backup via iTunes, find the folder where your backup is and then edit the info.plist file with a text editor do a search for the word “product” and you’ll see product version, go down a few lines and change whatever it is to the version you want. For example my current phone is on 13.1 so I’m changing it from 13.1 to 13.0 then it works like a charm! Even works if u change it to 12.4

I did this trick and it worked. I was able to restore from a beta 13.1 backup without installing the public beta on my new iPhone. Thanks!
