No lines at my UPS CC this morning. It was smooth sailing. Restored from a fresh backup. No issues. Set up new Apple Watch. No issues. Well, just one issue. For some reason, my AppleCare+ purchase for my iPhone didn't stick because it wasn't attached to my Apple ID. Apple is working that issue.
Are you keeping the phones within close enough proximity to each other?
For what it’s worth, I skipped setting up FaceID, Apple Pay, etc and went straight to the iPhone migration tool.
I've got them hugging each other this time. Also, I finally realized I could skip so I'm doing that that too until I get it setup. Thanks for the tip.
I think it's cool I found two other people picking up today at the same store. One even has the same time slot, and both our SOs got the pickup email but we got the Delayed one.

Yes, I did mine that way, everything transferred over. I just had to pair my watch and sign in to all password protected apps
Just a heads up...The UPS tracker still shows out for delivery / end of day. The ups driver just dropped off my phone (sig required). The tracker never changed to "almost there". I was going to run errand (5 min away) since I thought I had time. Glad I didn't. Space gray pro max looks sweeeeet.

I just wish I had a case for my new toy... it's currently caseless! I kept getting sent Pro Max cases when I ordered Pro case, so I had to send it back twice in a row. Sucks! Might head over to the Apple Store later today and pick up a case there.

Are you restoring from an iCloud backup? Setting up as new? Did you have iOS 13 beta on your old phone? No one can help if you don’t have specifics for the prob. Also, could just be that everyone is downloading at the same time, that can cause delays, too.
So I am a beta user on latest 13.1 build, it has way less bugs than 13. So I backed my old phone up using itunes on my computer today, and when my new iphone came in I set up with minimal settings. Then i registered my new phone to the beta program and am installing update as i Type as soon as it is installed I will then connect to itunes and update from my back up from earlier today. Piece of cake and way better than downgrading to 13.
Off topic but is anyone else not able to sign in on the navy federal app on the new phones? Idk if its because its a new iphone but the person I gave my X to was able to log into the navy fed app
UPS truck is at my place, moment of truth! I did the shipment authorization, which was way easier on the app. We have a package locker system so I don't know if I needed to do anything as any package is left safe and I think I sign for it when I get it.
I followed the truck in my Bellevue neighborhood all morning online until I got my delivery at 12:30.
