end of the day.. still waiting for UPS to show up.. next time, I will either pick up from store or from UPS CC. never trusting their delivery...

I hope all who received their phones today are enjoying them, I know that I am. My sister hasn’t opened hers yet. As soon as I got home, I opened mine. Got it all set up. I am really liking it. I am sure some people have found reason(s) to complain, but I haven’t.

Are we supposed to be getting the trade-in kit later? I just got the phone, but no trade-in kit.
Coming from android earlier this year (made the switch to the xr in April) I couldn’t be happier with iOS and the pro.
Showed up at my appointment 15 min early and only one other person waiting for pickup so they let me check in. 20 min later I was on my way. That includes changing my original order to the Midnight Green 11 Pro 256 GB. Best experience ever. Of course when I showed up at 3:15 there was no line for walk ins and I just could have purchased the same phone without pre-order LOL.
Yes, check your apple store app and you should have a apple trade in kit shipping to you as of today.
If you don’t have an out for delivery scan it didn’t make it. You just have the arrival scan

I called ups earlier, they told me that in their internal system it appears loaded on the vehicle, but who knows

I ended up getting the iphone "PRO" in midnight green.
A few comments even though my comments are opinion driven based on taste.
1) I originally ordered the green iphone 11 because that phone suits me for 99% of all the things i need
The iphone 11 should be the phone I would recommend but then i went to the apple store and saw the green pastel color and for my liking: it really turned me off. I did like the Product Red. So I asked if they had any product RED iphone 11s and they did. Then i spent some time with this phone, keep in mind i'm coming from the iphone X.
Things that still bothered me:
A few comments even though my comments are opinion driven based on taste.
1) I originally ordered the green iphone 11 because that phone suits me for 99% of all the things i need
- I only use 64 GB of space on my iphone X and so 128Gb is more than enough.
- I don't use the telephoto as much.
- It's cheaper by a good 300 to 400 dollars.

- The bezels. I'm just a sucker for thin bezels and while android phones are the kings here, i didn't want my iphone 11 to have these thick bezels where all i would do is just stare at them all day.
- I wanted night mode on more than just the standard lens. The reason i'm upgrade is for night mode.
I was following the UPS driver on the UPS Follow My Delivery app, which was very frustrating. He seemed to be in a circular pattern with me at the center, slooowly moving in toward me at the center, like a wood chip slowly moving to the center of a whirlpool. Except he didn’t speed up, he seemed to slow down. Finally I saw him start to head off as if he was headed back to the Customer Center without delivering my phone. I had been given a number to call if this happened as I was supposed to pick it up there this Morning. So believing him leaving the area, I called the number. While I was waiting for them to answer, I look out the window and there sits the UPS truck. After he had me sign for the phone it was mine.
