You can restore from a newer OS to and older one if you backup via iTunes, find the folder where your backup is and then edit the info.plist file with a text editor do a search for the word “product” and you’ll see product version, go down a few lines and change whatever it is to the version you want. For example my current phone is on 13.1 so I’m changing it from 13.1 to 13.0 then it works like a charm! Even works if u change it to 12.4
Thank you so much! I was looking for how to do this. I'm restoring 13.0 right now!

I rarely use a case because I love the way the bare iPhone looks and feels. I keep a case handy for when I’m in an environment like a crowded sporting event or concert, but I take it off as soon as I’m in my vehicle. :)
My phones have catapulted out of my hands so often that I don't dare carry one without some kind of case, although I hate the big bulky ones so always choose a thin clear one. That bit of protection has saved me a few times.

My phone (11 PRODUCTred) was delivered!!! But now I have to wait for it to go on it's additional journey to my APO address. *Sighs* Oh well, I'll keep watching unboxing on youtube and living vicariously till I receive mine in 1-2 weeks.

So I just activated my phone and stuff and in the Settings app, it’s asking if I want to add AppleCare for my phone. I’m on the iPhone Upgrade Program, so it should already be included with my monthly payments. Is there am extra step I have to do to activate my coverage?

Took the morning off from work to see if I could catch the UPS guy and well, I left to go in at 1:30 and of course he attempts to deliver it at 3pm. The message I have says they will retry on the next business day, I.e., Monday. Is there an actual possibility of it coming Saturday instead? Should I call UPS and ask?

Some CCs are open for pickup Saturday. Might be an option if you can go pick it up

a number of us have the same issue. I’ve read from one post that Apple said that it could take up to 72 hours to post you AppleCare

Did store pickup, originally ordered white but changed my mind and switched it to green. That wasn't an issue last year with the XR, but this year, the person at the Apple store who was helping me clearly must've been new.....she didn't know what she was doing. She didn't even take my XR (she was supposed to, as part of the upgrade program)....just told me to ship it. I was like...where to? Is there a kit? And she was like "it's all online". Then I told her I was going to buy a case, she brought me to the wall of cases and had to ask which ones were for the 11, and brought me to the 11 Pro cases (and said they're all for the 11).....

Called Apple later about the upgrade program mishap, they sorted it out and I had to go back to the Apple store to bring it back, they didn't even have my transaction number and weren't sure how to sort it out. Such a nightmare. Oh well.
