I was already on the IUP, got preapproved a couple of days ago to trade in my XS max. Everything went smooth this am. I preordered via IUP upgrade, got my confirmation email from Apple and even charged the tax. I don’t have an email from Citizens One. Did anyone else get one from them if you were already on the IUP and just upgrading? Also, does your loan number change?
I received an approval email from Citizen's One four hours and 26 minutes after placing my order this morning (at 05:01 PDT). Yes, the loan number did change.

Did you look in your Spam/Junk folder for an email from them?

I haven't received my email order confirmation for my midnight green 11 pro 256GB. I ordered at 5am Pacific, got Sept 20th delivery. I have an order number from a PDF I saved of the order confirmation from apple.com, and my credit card has been charged. I was asked to sign in to my iCloud account before I purchased, but I don't think that should have made any difference. Has anyone else experienced this? Overall I guess I'm not too concerned because my card was charged. Hmmm...
Check your spam/junk folder in whatever email account is associated with your Apple account.

Hopefully the unrest in Hong Kong, which sometimes effects operations at the airport, won’t affect our phones.
I don’t think UPS would have any issues

Typically, no Apple product is available before the launch date. They will arrive ahead of the date to retail stores, but you can't pick them up until the launch date, at the earliest.
He’s referring to a case he ordered

Weird how ones marked for after launch day are preparing to ship sooner than launch day ones

Not strange at all. The launch day deliver ones are already here in the US. They will leave a hub (UPS or FedEx) the day before delivery and be delivered on launch day.

The other ones are being shipped from the manufactured location and have to arrive in the US, so they need extra travel time.

It’s a case. Cases come as soon as they’re released in my experience.

My iPhone 11 Pro Max................

Leather case just went to Preparing for Shipment.

Dang it...... Phone needs to do the same. :D

The launch day ones are not in the US. All of us watched our launch day phones fly from China last year they come over a day or so before

;):D

That's just what I did. Got a cheap one like what I have now from Amazon. It has served me well. Non need to fork over big bucks for a name brand.

I thought you are able to pre-sign for delivery? Or if not, can you have it re-routed to another address??

For those who want to add a Siri Shortcut to check your order status:

Open the Apple Store app
Click on your photo or name in the upper right corner
This opens the “Accounts” page
Click on “My Orders”
This opens the “My Orders” page
At the bottom of the page is a blue button that says “Add to Siri”
Click on that and follow the instructions.

Note you can change the wording, for example, I added the word “my” in the given phrase to make more personal.

So, I ordered my phone right when my portal on my iPhone opened up at 7:05 am, and I got Oct 1-4 delivery date for my MG iPhone 11 Pro 256GB Verizon, is this kind of thing normal? It said Sept 20 during checkout then jumped to Oct 1-4 after I hit purchase.

I remember a few years back they had delivery dates about 2 weeks past the launch day but a few days later the time got moved up by a week-week and a half.

I expect the same on this one.

I placed by 1 hour later (fell back asleep lol) and it has an Oct. 1-4 date. I think it'll move up to Sept. 24 range.

That is not a totally accurate statement.

The past two years, my iPhones were received on "launch day". I had tracked them from Zhengzhou, China to Anchorage, Alaska, to UPS Worldport, to Sunny Southern California.

Adding it to your cart doesn’t reserve it. That’s why it changed

I’ve only seen 1 or 2 people in the past get one from the US.

Yea, Apple almost always delivers quicker than their estimated dates.
