There is always time to educate people in order to help them improve themselves whether it be grammar, iPhone software nuggets, or anxiety reduction if they don’t get their phone at 8am on release day

Same story here in central Illinois. Got in at 7:08 took longer for iphone app to connect (my iPad connected 2 minutes earlier but is on iOS 13.1 and it has never seen my preapproval info so it does not have it like the phone did). Anyway I had to do credit card stuff also (why did they preapprove and then make us do again) reenterig it. Another minute and yep in final window it went to 9-27 to 10-1 also.

I watched someone's Apple Store app come alive at preapproval time but 8 minutes later mine was still hanging. I had to kill mine before it let me in. I'm just going to keep killing it next year.

When will they come out with an Apple Watch upgrade program?!?!?

I would be all over that!!!

I just sent a text to Apple and the reply sent was a link showing Apple care+ as having iUP included? Is that right? If so, I’m good then because I did pay for Apple care. Or is iUP still something different?

I have changed to preparing to ship and have STILL not received an email confirm from Apple. I got one from Citizens One Bank confirming my loan and monthly payment though.

Uhh wtf my order got canceled for some reason after being processed yesterday for in-store pickup on the 20th.

I'm headed to the store the morning of 20th now, can't be bothered with this mess online.

Maybe check tonight? I remember last year, UPS didn't show my tracking until Saturday night so it's quite possible that we should see them moving starting tonight.

I ordered a Verizon model, selected "Activate later" to save time and my order status does not say anything about Verizon. Is that normal if I didn't go thru the carrier authorization at order time? Or am I getting a phone with no SIM card? Do the unlocked ones have the CDMA bands necessary for Verizon?

All iPhones are unlocked, only those ordered on At&t next plan. You can slip your old sim in and be good to go...

Anyone who didn’t get get 9/20 FRIDAY DELIVERY? I just checked Apple’s website and the iPhone 11 Pro MAX is STILL AVAILABLE in GOLD 512GB!!! I didn’t check the 11 Pro models, but maybe Gold is available, too. Looks like Green was most popular, followed by the Silver. Hope this info helps someone!!
