Got it. I just checked My Choice account and I have my work address as my alternative address. So hopefully the tracking eventually pops up.
Shipping World Ease. Bunch of large pallets with one master tracking. Phones aren’t scanned until Louisville.
You have to verify the address through a letter they mail to you before it will start showing you packages for that address. Sometimes you will auto verify if you regularly receive packages at that address but not always.
Hmm. I added that address a while ago and don’t recall if I received that letter.
Seeing all this movement on iPhones being shipped to the customer makes me realize how boring it is to reserve one for in store pickup.
My order is just sitting there, and will remain there, until it’s time to check in.

I haven't been able to confirm it but I was told by UPS if the name on your account has been verified at another address and you have received more that 3 packages in the past 30 days at the new address they don't send a letter to verify it.
Just to make sure, if I order a Sprint iPhone to pick up in store and pay it in full, I can pop in any SIM I want and it’ll be unlocked right? For some reason, some of the phones are available for in store pick up still and some aren’t. Even though they are all technically unlocked when bought in full
i believe since last year any iPhone unlocked will work on any carrier, GSM or CDMA, and the hardware is all identical. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong.
Sure is entertaining! And I remember hearing of some stores getting late shipments in past launches where people were furious their phones weren't there for pickup.
This is why I switched to TMobile. No bs charges for things they really don't have to do. Maybe my service, maybe, isn't as reliable but at least I don’t feel like im getting ripped off. Had Verizon and ATT and both charge for bogus things like an activation fee. I have 4 unlimited lines and an Apple Watch and pay $170 a month. Tax included. My kids forget it, but my wife and I don’t use much data so my bill is actually $150 a month with a discount for not using over 2gb of data.
I have two pending charges, one for the watch and one for the phone.
Question please. My son ordered the new phone. He is traveling on Monday for a week. He got a delivery date on the 20th. I wont be home on Friday. If he has it on hold at the hub, will I be able to pick it up for him on Friday? Or he must be the one signing for it?

I am in Preparing to ship and only the Apple Care + was charged. Not the phone.
Charge goes through upon shipment, not in the preparing to ship stage
Indeed. It was beautiful! My XS Max did a fine job, but I was often wishing that I had a wider angle lens along with Night Mode.

My wife has picked up things for me before at the hub. They do question her but she just shows her id and they see the same last name and the same address. Have your son sign a note authorizing you to pick it up and try. If you live at the same address, have the same last name and plus the note, I think they'll give it to you.
