Not so many arguments for upgrading personally.
midnight green best color. Love it.
I would love to have slightly smaller dimensions not larger
Usb C is welcome
Lighter weight would be nice
A13, 4GB, battery life on the 11pro is enough for me
Spending 1000€$£ for an incremental update? i will see.

My iPhone 11 Pro died last week. Was planning to hold out and get the 15 Pro, but went ahead and bought the 14 Pro

Let me tell you - what a MAJOR upgrade the 14 Pro is. The iPhone changed a lot over 4 years. You don’t appreciate it year over year. But Apple is on a continuous improvement march
We have base 11's and their batteries all need changing, but we waited this long, so we are hoping to swap carriers and take advantage of port over bonuses when the 15 launches. Kids and grandma will probably get base 15s but my wife and I might spring for a pro.

LOL !!! Me too. Time to switch to the 15 Pro Max. This was (ie. is) my first iPhone which I got new in Feb 2019. Still running on its original battery. Damn this phone's good !
This 7+ is my third iPhone - had a 4 and 5S before it - ordered the 7+ at launch but had to wait a couple month for Jet Black to come in.

Mine too is on the original battery - down to 73% capacity now ha

If I go for a 15 this time round I’ll be expecting the same amount of life out of it

I'm using an 11 Pro, and plan to upgrade to the 15 Pro when they are released.

Mainly I want a better camera (my last upgrade was from the 7 plus to the 11 pro), but I'm a bit worried about the rumours about the Plus/Max/Big/? version will have a better camera compared to the regular pro (that was the reason I got the 7 plus back in the day, and that was just too big for my taste).
Same. worry XL iPhone will get the camera system, but I find the giant phones too unwieldy and drop prone in my fat fingers lol

Most of those things are trivial to irrelevant for day to day use. It is funny how the 11 Pro is still sufficient for everyone but the most power hungry power user. Apple is definitely squeezing this lemon hard.

Still using an iPhone 6S, will you guys do a comparison with that one. Want to make sure it is a worthy upgrade.

14 seems to have been short lived

Also isn’t the lightning port stronger than USB C port?

As someone who travels a bit, and to some 3rd world, getting rid of the physical sim is a deal breaker for me

I’m currently rocking a midnight green 11 Pro. This phone is the perfect size, performance is good and the battery life is amazing (still at 94% from launch). IMO Apple got this algorithm right with the cameras and didnt overprocess like the later models do.

The 15 Pro must check all the boxes to make the upgrade worth it.

On the subject of over processing photos and the fact that on the recent models there's no toggle for Smart HDR, assuming this is still the case with the 15's, is the only way around this to use Halide? I'm sure I read this as a suggestion before.

I also have an 11 Pro and am still happy with it. My main reason for upgrading would be for improved cameras/photos, but I don't want to fork out a load of money only to be disappointed.

I got the 11 pro max on launch day as an upgrade from the 8+ and the upgrade was night and day.
But last October I ordered the 14 pro max in purple and was really disappointed. Not only was it 70% more expensive than what I paid for the 11 pro max with the same measly 256GB of storage 3 years earlier, but it was heavier, had a fat square profile that was uncomfortable to hold and a ridiculous camera bump that made the whole phone rock side to side when placed on a flat surface.

The only decent improvement I felt was the incredible macro camera which put some of my pro SLR gear to shame!

This year, if the titanium version is night and light, has rounded edges and doesn't cost much more than the 14 pro max, I may finally upgrade my 11 pro max. Otherwise, I'll happily make do for another year since my 11PM is still rock solid, has 85% battery which still lasts well over 10 solid hours YouTube and safari without breaking a sweat

11 pro user here, if money wasn't the case obviously I'd upgrade but the improvements are so small, 120Hz refresh rate appeals to me most and improved autofocus in low light with the LiDAR Scanner, but then it's £1210 for the same storage amount I've got now which is 256GB.

I guess I'll see how 11 pro runs with iOS 17 as I finally want to share AirTags, if it's ok I might just stick to 11 pro as it still takes amazing pictures, deffo better than iPhone 12.

11 Pro Max and haven't upgraded because of the weight. 11 pro max was pushing it, but the 12 pro max is heavier, the 13 pro max heaver than that, and the 14 pro max is even heavier yet.

Hoping the titanium frame will help reduce weight, or that they'll release an "air max" type model. The 14 Plus is a great weight, and if it had a third camera I would probably have gotten one of those.

That being said I am still quite pleased with my 11 Pro Max.
