Hi everyone, I have a problem with my iPhone 11: the screen has been acting weird for a few months, sometimes it won't recognize my taps, sometimes it even starts typing and switching between apps on its own. It seems like the issue is limited to specific parts of the screen, mainly in the upper-left side, but can vary. It occurs occasionally (once or twice a day). I went to an Apple Premium Reseller here in Italy and they did some tests, which came out negative eventually. Unfortunately the problem with the screen didn't come up while I was in the shop . After a few days I insisted, they did the tests again, one of them (concerning the multi-touch) came out positive this time. I got the screen replaced, but once I got home the problem came back again, identical. Now they claim my phone doesn't have hardware problems, just software, so they basically told me to do a clean install.
I have lots of backups on my pc with really important stuff, I don't have time to move data manually. Today I put my phone in DFU, I restored it completely through iTunes, and then restored from backup. Now I'm waiting to see if it acts crazy again, but I had already restored from backup in the past (without DFU tough), and it didn't work. Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.
P.S. Apple had a replacement program for iPhone 11 with screen problems, but mine wasn't eligible.

Well, backups are known to be corrupt from time to time so it's possible you just reinstall the corruption by installing the backup.. I would DFU restore usi iTunes and setup as new without using your backup.. Then if the problem returns you can just restore using your backup and you'll be right back where you started from. If setup as new gets rid of the issue, you know you backup is the issue
