I went back to order an accessory and the app was down again.

Was able to order directly from AT&T a few minutes before 5am, 512MB Pro Max Pacific Blue, scheduled to arrive on 11/13.

Same, but I purchased a graphite version. The AT&T site was up and allowed me to upgrade my previous phone before 7am CST. According to my confirmation, my order went through at 7:55:21 EST.

Preordered HomePod mini and delivery date is 17th, but I could pay extra for delivery on the 16th (which is release day) such a scam. What is the point of pre order? Third party retailer can deliver on launch day for no extra cost. Apple$$$$$$
