Uuugh, watching the video reviews have me thinking the shiney stainless steel band is a bad choice. Fingers prints and scratches ahoy!

I am not sure its anymore shinier than the 11 Pro Max is it? Although it looks that way, I wonder if its a matter of the curved vs flat edges which may give it that illusion. In terms of scratches, it has the same PVD coating so should hold up pretty well at least in my experience.

By watching the various reviews, it's impressive how the Pro model looks too small and thin in the reviewers hands , especially when they struggle taking a picture or a video. Even more convinced to go Max...

Are the Pro Max upgrades/features 5G, design, improved camera/video, and MagSafe (debatable if an upgrade)? Is there something I’m missing in that list?

I'm finally upgrading my 7 plus to the 12 pro max. I was holding out for a notchless screen but can't hack it anymore. The 7 plus was a beast. For someone who always upgraded every other year I just liked it so much that I didn't feel the need to upgrade until now.

I wanted to go with a smaller phone than my current 11 PM but the 12P is so close to 12 PM that I wouldn’t give up the camera features for that slight variance in size. Especially since I use my phone for pretty much everything now and rarely touch a computer. 12 PM it is and probably doing white/silver. This wait until Nov 6 sucks though.

This year is probably the most compelling year to spring for the Max than any other year. If it's in your budget and you take a lot of pictures, the camera improvements alone make it a no-brainer. Can't wait for it!

Same here - also coming from a 7 Plus and intending on getting a 12 Pro Max. I’m going to miss the relatively much lighter weight of this phone though. Seems like one handed scrolling is going to be difficult with the 12 Pro Max.

Same here! I've kept my 7 plus longer than any previous iPhone. Looking forward to Pacific Blue Max!

The 7 plus is significantly lighter. My son has an 11 pro max and the weight difference is very noticeable. But I assume we'll get used to it pretty quickly.

Welp I decided to not even open my 12 pro when it comes Friday. I’m going to return it and wait out for the pro max. Can’t see myself going to 11 pro max to the 12 pro.

I have the 11 Pro Max, waiting to see the full reviews, particularly on battery life before upgrading to the 12 Pro Max. If it doesn't match last years battery performance i'll skip this year. Working from home I am using my cell phone A LOT so I don't want to have to worry about charging it or leaving it on a wireless charger all day. The battery in the 11 Pro Max is phenomenal.
