We got our iup complete on our units.
13 256 pink and 13 pro 256 blue.
Both 9/24.
Time to wait for that tracking to hit for ups hold at the cc !

My Apple Card failed 3 times and then switched to a visa and went thru .. still 24th delivery. Dunno why the Apple Card had issues/

So I got numerous errors using Apple Pay, went back in to try again and my pre pre-order disappeared completely.
I rebuild my order and try again, multiple times because still getting errors with Apple Pay only to get an email that my order is processing.
Now I’m wondering if multiple orders went through for me! Ugh!

When I finally got it to load, my pre-approval disappeared so had to restart the process and now the model had picked is unavailable everywhere. Cool.
 
I'm in the Citizen's One loan / Apple Card issue rabbit hole. I had successfully completed the Apple Upgrade Program pre-order and Citizen's One loan pre-authorization as soon as we were able to, no issue. But this morning, I'm getting an error saying my loan has been declined (it's in good standing and paid up to date) and my Apple Card payment method has been declined (also in good standing with no payment due at this time and an $8,000 credit limit). Calling Citizen's One is a customer service nightmare, and the Apple Card customer service chat function is currently on a backlog. What a mess.

Done. iPhone 13 mini midnight black. Kept refreshing on my PC and my iPhone till I finally got in (about 8:03) on the iPhone. In store pickup Sept 24.

Same here. On hold with Apple Sales dept right now. I had to keep trying… I tried about 20x or so before I switched my payment method from Apple Card to AMEX. Then I got a confirmation page but still no email confirmation.

The iPhone Upgrade program experience hasn’t been this bad in years. Yikes.

I was in the same boat. Just changed to a different credit card and got it. Frustrating it won't be on the card I wanted, and ironic Apple's own payment systems was rejecting its own cards, but at least there's another way.

Check out with my chase sapphire reserve took a long time then ended in an error. But after that screen I was shown an order confirmation screen. Then I wasn’t able to find the order info in the app. So I ordered another one and got the exact same problem. My credit card company website shows no pending charge from apple. WTF? Did I buy two pro max 1TB or zero?!

It said thanks for the order but when I went to my shopping history it's not showing up and am not seeing any emails wtf ???
 
For anyone who had Apple Card problems and had to switch to another card, will this change all future loan payments? I want that sweet extra Apple Cash back, I don't want it on my other card. Can we change it if so?

Same here. Obvious screw up had to use another card. Now will need to change back to AC as I am sure the charges will go the new card.
 
Why doesn't Apple list the Galaxy S21 phones as a trade-in option? These have been out for 6+ months. You would think Apple would want to help me switch from my S21 Ultra?

I got the same thing it said all good and thank you now nothing is there
