I ordered a Pro thru Apple using AT&T as the carrier, and a 13 on the AT&T website. Looks like I'm getting charged the $30 activation fee on the phone purchased thru Apple and no activation fee on the order placed with AT&T because I'm on the signature plan. Guess I should have ordered both direct from AT&T.

Apple introduced a new financing partner this year in Canada after being without financing options in Canada since 2015-2016. PayBright is their name and servers being down is their game…Order is in limbo because the payment securely timed-out after 15 minutes of loading. Apple won’t let you view orders right now so I can not generate a new payment link either…

Never received order confirmation email and credit card has not been charged yet. I see my two phone in orders in Apple.com. Strange. Wonder if it really went through?

Yep, garbage app experience. Pre-pre order showed up so checked out. Hit submit and get a ‘call Apple’ error. Mash it a few more times until the order just disappears. Pre-pre order disappears but no order confirmation.

So thinking it failed, created a new order but adding to cart errors out. After a few tries, can’t checkout from cart.

Decide to give up - didn’t need it day 1 anyways and wasted morning waking up at 5am. Checked orders page on a whim and it’s there… then came confirmation email. 🙄

apple card doesn't work keeps wanting the number put in again.

5x doing the same thing over then

citizen one says my load approval didn't work please try back later

goes through instantly.

MEH

Now the pain of trying to get the loan to charge my apple card.

FML

whyyyyyy applleee card whhhyyyyyyy
The payment method you use in the store during check out when you buy the iPhone is different from the loan with Citizen One. You can only change Citizen One Payment methed during loan registration or using their website.

My Apple card kept giving me problems. Had to switch over to my Visa. Not a good time for the Apple card to be having issues. By the time I quit trying the delivery date had slipped to October so now I'm picking it up at my local Apple store on the 24th. I miss all the tracking fun going that route.

Anyone notice all the cases aren’t shipping until Tuesday? What’s up with that? Not thrilled about the idea of having to be extra careful over the weekend with my brand new $1100 Jesus phone.

I have no idea what to do now, should I order another one or what???it said it was successful but o can't just take the risk of having two

For anyone who had Apple Card problems and had to switch to another card, will this change all future loan payments? I want that sweet extra Apple Cash back, I don't want it on my other card. Can we change it if so?
Agree, but its only 2% of payments $10-12 and my other is 1% so net 6 but still.

Check out with my chase sapphire reserve took a long time then ended in an error. But after that screen I was shown an order confirmation screen. Then I wasn’t able to find the order info in the app. So I ordered another one and got the exact same problem. My credit card company website shows no pending charge from apple. WTF? Did I buy two pro max 1TB or zero?!
Id err on the side of the card and assume you got nothing. Banks don't usually f*** up.

I'm in the Citizen's One loan / Apple Card issue rabbit hole. I had successfully completed the Apple Upgrade Program pre-order and Citizen's One loan pre-authorization as soon as we were able to, no issue. But this morning, I'm getting an error saying my loan has been declined (it's in good standing and paid up to date) and my Apple Card payment method has been declined (also in good standing with no payment due at this time and an $8,000 credit limit). Calling Citizen's One is a customer service nightmare, and the Apple Card customer service chat function is currently on a backlog. What a mess.
Try going back into the app. The "start upgrade" link might still be there. I got the same load decline, and I think it had to do with the Apple Card. I went back in and it still gave me an error with the Apple Card. I changed to a visa and it went through!!! It took me like 5 tries. Go back and try again!!!

same, it kept saying my card was reissued? so I went to my wallet on phone, and used the apple "physical card numer"
went through

Having the same issue with the Apple Card. Tried calling Apple Support. Got an automated message telling me they can't help me at this time and to visit the website to place my order! Ugh. This is the exact type of situation why I feel I have to have a second credit card as backup.

So I got numerous errors using Apple Pay, went back in to try again and my pre pre-order disappeared completely.
I rebuild my order and try again, multiple times because still getting errors with Apple Pay only to get an email that my order is processing.
Now I’m wondering if multiple orders went through for me! Ugh!
Think they are having issues. My orders all disappeared for me for a few minutes. (have an iPad mini coming) Now they show back up.

Just call after your phone is activated and they will credit your bill. Go through this everytime I upgrade because rarely do I go through AT&T directly.

Apple is now accepting pre-orders for the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max through its online storefront and through the Apple Store app.

Pre-orders are available in more than 30 countries and regions around the world. Those who used the "Get Ready" feature to prepare for pre-orders will just need to hit a button to get their orders in.

This year's iPhones are similar in design to last year's models, but feature upgraded camera capabilities, a smaller front notch, faster A15 chips, improved battery life, 128GB starting storage, and ProMotion technology for the Pro models.

The iPhone 13 mini is the most affordable of the new iPhones, priced at $699, while the iPhone 13 mini is priced at $799. These iPhones are Apple's less expensive flagship devices, featuring a diagonal dual-lens camera setup and lacking some of the bells and whistles of the Pro models. You can get the iPhone 13 and 13 mini in Pink, Blue, Midnight, Starlight, and (PRODUCT)RED.

For those who want the best possible technology regardless of price, Apple offers the $999 iPhone 13 Pro and the $1099 iPhone 13 Pro Max. The upgraded models feature stainless steel frames, triple-lens camera setups with improvements to the Wide, Ultra Wide, and Telephoto lenses, ProMotion, A15 chips with a faster 5-core GPU, and up to 1TB storage. The iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max come in Silver, Gold, Sierra Blue, and Graphite.

We haven't heard rumors of significant supply shortages this year, but it's always a good idea to pre-order right away just in case. Some colors, such as Sierra Blue, are likely to be highly popular and could sell out.

Major U.S. carriers including Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile are also accepting pre-orders for new devices, as are other carriers worldwide. Retailers like Best Buy, Target, and Walmart also have pre-orders available.

Alongside the new iPhones, Apple is offering new iPhone cases and accessories, and for those unaware, the iPad mini 6 is also available for purchase at this time. The Apple Watch Series 7 is not coming until later this fall and cannot be pre-ordered alongside the new iPhones.

In the United States, customers can purchase the new iPhones from the four major carriers using Apple's site or ‌Apple Store‌ app, or choose a SIM-Free version. Purchase options include carrier payment plans, the iPhone Upgrade Program, Apple Card Monthly Installments, or paying in full.

Customers who pre-order one of the new iPhone models can expect to begin receiving their devices on Friday, September 24, which is the official release date for the iPhone 13 lineup.

Can’t believe we are on 13 and the system is still a crock. Over five minutes late, errors galore in the app. Had to order on the website, and it still seems weird. Both taxes were different for the same device on installments, and neither were as high as I figured for 6% of 1099. And now I can’t even look at the orders.

Was anyone able to get a master card to work? My applecard kept failing so I switched to a non-apple master card that got the same messages. After that I tried Amex and no issue.
