Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max this friday, it said '1 week' when I ordered it, but I reckon we'll see about that ^^ Upgrading from an iPhone 11 Pro Max, so definitely looking forward to the new cameras.

iPhone 13 Orders Begin Shipping From Apple Ahead of Friday Launch

I ordered mine of Friday morning as well and haven't gotten tracking yet. Are you seeing tracking from T-mobile. T-mobile site is now saying order is estimated to arrive October 5th!

Apple has started shipping out iPhone 13, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro, and iPhone 13 Pro Max orders to customers who pre-ordered one of the new devices on Friday, September 17.
Many orders will still say "Preparing to Ship" in Apple's ordering system and will continue to do so until later this week, but customers in the United States who are receiving their devices through UPS can use the UPS My Choice feature for tracking purposes or can track through a reference number like a phone number or an order number.
UPS My Choice is free to use and well worth checking out for those in the United States who want to keep an eye on their upcoming shipments. If you've ordered a new device and it's shipping via UPS, details should be available soon if they're not already available. At the current time, iPhones are shipping from China and will soon be arriving in the United States.
The new iPhone models are priced starting at $699 and the first pre-orders will begin arriving on Friday, September 24. Apple may also have some in store stock on Friday for walk-in purchases, so those who were not able to pre-order and get a Friday delivery date may still be able to get a device right on time.
All colors and capacities of the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max have sold out and orders placed now will not arrive until mid to late October. iPhone 13 and 13 mini orders will arrive in early October, though some stores still have September pickup dates available.

Same, I got a 256 GB iPhone 13 Pro Sierra Blue. Really psyched about the camera. Wondering if I can leave behind my Sony RX100 M3 a little more
They haven’t sent me my tracking number yet but if it’s shipped via UPS then I will get the tracking number from UPS directly because I have UPS My Choice
Still sticking with the SE. I will upgrade when apple puts a USB type C on their phones. They did it on the Ipad. Not sure what's holding them back from doing now....

I placed an order on launch morning for the 1TB Pro in blue, but because I was up late the night before? I slept right through my alarm I set to ensure I was up in time to click to order. So 2 hours into it, I confirmed my "pre pre-order" I'd done on Apple's site, and ... was told mine won't ship until mid October.
I think I'm ok with this though. In the past, getting a new phone ASAP always posed some kind of problem for having an appropriate case to put it in before using it. I've been a big fan of Tech 21 cases for a long time now. Dropped iPhones MANY times on hard floors while in their cases and never damaged a single one. So I ordered one of those separately from their web site. This way, I'm almost sure to have the case ready to put it in before it arrives.
I've still got to figure out what I want to do with my iPhone XS Max I'm currently using. It's the 512GB black model and I've been using it on T-Mobile's Connect plan (basically a pay as you go plan they do where you pay $25 a month and get 5GB of high speed data per month and unlimited text/talk). During pre-order on the new 13 Pro, I saw Apple was unable to import my T-Mobile info to ship the new phone "ready to use", but that makes sense with the Connect plan requiring its own nano-SIM card and all. I think I'll just sell this phone on eBay when the 13 is here and successfully working.

Queue the needless tracking anxiety. You will be well served by Apple. You will receive it on time and get great notifications served directly from them. No need to peek.My dad’s Pro Max label was created / shipped but my Pro Max has no action yet
while plenty of folks agree with you, this thread may not be for you.
i can't say about the case, but i'm pretty sure the trade-in package comes separately. that's at least what we experienced when we ordered a 12 mini earlier this year.
With the exception of a couple, I'm happy to see so many happy people waiting for their phones on this thread!
Weird my 8.3" iPhone aka iPad Mini hasn't shipped yet and those pre-orders started over a week ago.
This is the smoothest year so far for me. Shows preparing to ship in Apple store app. Ups my choice shows on the way with a tracking number and delivery by 7pm on Friday. Most years past I get nothing and it is delivered but the entire week I worry cause status never updates and can’t find it by reference in UPS.
How are you guys finding the tracking on ups site, what are you using as the reference, your phone number or order number? Testing order number gives me error, trying phone number gives me no shipments.
You have every right to not trust them. I had a horrible experience. At this point I much rather do a RAOK then let those snakes profit off of me with bait and switch type of quote. So yeah, my iPhone will be going to a friend.
