Well look at that. Apple finally sent me my tracking number, and I see why using my phone number or order number didn't work. My tracking number was just a regular, long UPS number. Mine made it to Alaska yesterday, Louisville this morning, and on it's way to TN for delivery tomorrow!

Anyone who has access to the UPS tracking information, what’s the type of the shipment? (example: ups worldwide express saver)

UPS Worldwide Express Saver is what mine says, still says by 7pm tomorrow, has left Kentucky but not sure what the next destination is. I wish they were shipping FedEX, I have found their information to be better and more reliable. I’m still putting 50/50 odds it arrives tomorrow.

Same with mine. Left KY I assume next destination is local facility.
 
I ordered my 256GB Product RED 13 from AT&T late on Saturday evening, and its landing here by EOD tomorrow! Looking forward to making the jump from an iP8 to some newer and slightly larger technology. :)
 
It's 11.30 am on Friday in New Zealand, and my 13 Pro Max isn't out for delivery yet - it's been listed by DHL as forwarded for delivery since 3pm yesterday :(

I'd kind of hoped that I might have it in my hands by now...

I was wondering if you’d received yours by now. My DHL tracking hasn’t had any updates since yesterday 9am ‘customs status updated’ - given clearance by customs.

Good luck with it! I'm in Wellington, so there's no level 3 issues to deal with, and DHL's usually pretty reliable here anyway, but we'll see what happens.

Nothing here, so I just called DHL. They said that forwarded for delivery means that they've handed it over to NZ Post to deliver, and it takes them 24-48 hours to process items :mad:

They said that you can use the DHL JD number on the NZ Post tracking website to track it. The bad news is that my iPhone's still in Auckland, so I can't see it arriving before next week!

Pretty frustrating. Why advise today’s arrival date if it may not happen. This is my first pre-order and was expecting they would deliver on time.. they’re usually really good with all other orders

It's a bit rubbish to be honest. I called Apple to give them feedback on it - there's obviously nothing they can do, but I figured they should be aware that it doesn't make for a great customer experience.

100%, did they offer any solutions if you don’t end up receiving today? I’ve also rung earlier and they just said it’s looking like monday delivery. Almost like they don’t care 😂

Nah, they sounded sympathetic at least, but only offered to pass on my feedback. That ws all that I expected really. If I was one of the decision makers at Apple, I’d want to know if the customer experience was poor. I doubt that anything will change though!

Looking forward to next week now 😂
 
Delivery time 11-3p today. Just made it in my area an hour ago. Also waiting on out for delivery. **refresh, refresh, refresh... lol
