iPhone 13 Orders Begin Shipping From Apple Ahead of Friday Launch

Just FYI, on Apple site it does say preparing to ship and has for days. I pre-ordered on Friday. No idea if it’s still chillin in China or on its way to the states. Still shows Friday delivery by 7pm.

I preordered three times in the past for store pickup on day one. Generally if you do a store pickup you will not get any shipping updates since it will go directly to the Apple store. Once Friday arrives you will get a notification from Apple to pick up your new iPhone.
 
Just read that cinematic mode only shoots in HD at 30fps, Apple seems to have not mentioned that little tidbit in any of its marketing material. That’s a huge thumbs down from me, I might be returning my phone afterall (too late to cancel, already have the tracking number). Maybe it’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely one of the key new features that separates this new phone from my current 12proMax, sneaky ass Apple.
 
Anyone else in this group? My guess is its currently clearing customs...

Woke up at 6AM on pre-order day to secure the iPhone 13 Pro 256gb Graphite. I'm in Alberta Canada. Mine still hasn't shipped as of Sept 21. It used to say delivers Sept 27.... now it just says "Arrives" with no date listed. Hoping to receive it soon. Anyone else in Canada with similar or different luck?

Oops. Truthfully you’ll probably struggle to see any significant difference other than how much money you wasted. I can see people now so excited to start scrolling for hours. It’s promotion!! Take a pic. Eh. Looks same. Back to scrolling! So cool.
 
Still no tracking number here for the 13 Pro Max. This week is so painfully long. 🙃
 
My 13 Pro Max which was pre-ordered on Friday is still listed as preparing to ship, but it's appeared in the DHL app and has been picked up today in Sydney for delivery to NZ.

oh snap — i didn't even think about that. Apple says my pro is "preparing to ship" but when i just now checked UPS my choice, it shows the tracking information! say's it's arrived in kentucky 🎉

Anyone with a shipment data of 10/6-10/11 see any movement yet? Or get a bumped up delivery data?

UPDATE - It finally says that it has shipped. And it says arrives Sept 27.

How are you finding your shipment on the DHL app? My order to NZ still saying preparing to ship.

I created an account in the DHL app a while ago, and I think it must match my details with the details on shipments that they're handling, as it just appeared in the list of my deliveries as a shipment from Apple Fg. I didn't do anything to add it. I also ordered a case at the same time, and it also appeared in the app, but the Apple Store showed it as having shipped.

The Apple Store order details still shows the iPhone as preparing to ship, but the DHL app shows that it's reached Auckland and it's being processed at customs.

Thanks for replying :) Still not showing on the DHL app and the Apple Store details still shows as preparing to ship. I called Apple earlier and they just said to trust that it will arrive tomorrow (they couldn’t give me any further details but said I may get the tracking information later in the afternoon or night time). Fingers crossed!

It's a bit random - you'd think they'd get tracking info out when it's shipped like every other business does. At least they seem confident that it'll be delivered tomorrow - fingers crossed!

Anyone see any sort of trend with their tracking number? I had mine shipped to my work this year (because no one would be home to sign for it on Friday) - so I can’t use My Choice to track the package. So, anyone have any helpful hints on the tracking numbers to search on UPS? I tried my phone number and my order number (both full and missing the last two digits) and it’s not showing up as anything in UPS using those. Thoughts? Hints?
 
Anyone who has access to the UPS tracking information, what’s the type of the shipment? (example: ups worldwide express saver)
 
Ummmm before apple sent me the tracking this morning I received an sms from TNT saying they are experiencing delays in their network and my shipment may be delayed.
The tracking last scan is from the 22 of September and I think it won’t come tomorrow. On apple’s website it says delivery tomorrow by 5pm though.


Sydney, Australia here. Fingers crossed!
