Apple today announced that the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max are available with up to 1TB of storage, which is the largest storage capacity ever offered in an iPhone. The storage option is not cheap, with the iPhone 13 Pro Max with 1TB of storage priced at $1,599 in the United States, making it the most expensive iPhone ever.

Four storage capacities are available for the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max, including 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

Key features of the iPhone 13 Pro models include a ProMotion display with a variable refresh rate up to 120Hz, a smaller notch, a faster A15 Bionic chip, longer battery life, several camera improvements, expanded 5G connectivity, and more.

All four iPhone 13 models will be available to pre-order starting this Friday, September 17 at 5 a.m. Pacific Time, and all the devices will launch one week later on Friday, September 24. There's a new Sierra Blue color available for the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max in addition to the existing Silver, Gold, and Graphite finishes.

Underwhelmed by iPhone 13, hold on to 12 Pro max ... even Apple Watch 7 seems like it wasn't much of a upgrade...only thing that seemed notable was iPad Mini... the rest was blah.. You know when they spend most of the time talking about the chip set rather than the features.. it's more of an S model upgrade at best.

For me the lowest storage option of 128GB is gonna completely cover my needs and probably most, unless you shoot a lot of video.

First year in a decade not upgrading. There’s just not enough reason. This is great for someone with a 10 or maybe 11

Well, one of the “most” descriptors is true. This snooze fest lead to the most EXPENSIVE iPhone ever.

Funny thing is I might bite to go from a 12 Pro to a 13 Pro max just because I want the max now and Verizon will upgrade me with no change in my bill (less the difference between the pro and the pro max).

Not rushing to pre order, though.

I noticed in the UK the 13 Pro Max 128GB is £1049 which is £50 less than the 12 Pro Max 128GB

This apple event was extremely disappointing, literally nothing special. Really disappointed.
Yes, even for me that has enjoyed most Apple events I struggled with this one.

There's a real lack of innovation. I like the improvements to the camera on the iPhone 13 Pro, but is it enough to tempt me to spend £1500 on a 512 GB model with Apple Care+? I've upgraded every year since iPhone 4, but this year I am not so sure.

I am asking myself what would I gain from upgrading from the 12 Pro to the 13 Pro, and ultimately not very much at all. Certainly not £1500's worth of new features.
