Press and hold both volume buttons and the power button until the haptic engine vibrates once. If successful, you will see a sysdiagnose folder. Save it to files and uncle notes the folder. Open up IODeviceTree in the search bar. Towards the bottom of the file is “raw-panel-serial-number”How to find out the screen panel number?
Oh yea...the good old days. There were no issues with gaps near the speakers/chassis or off axis color shifting. It was either the glue wasn't dry yet or you had a dead pixel. Now people can find any and everything wrong with a device. What a long way we have come here...I must be lucky because since 2007 and the first iPhone, I’ve never had a yellow screen. On any Apple product.
I do remember all the posts saying “the glue has to dry”.
😂
Lucky? beauty is in the eye of the beholder.I have both iPhone 13 , 128 pro gold and 128, pro max blue
Perfect screens on both, I compared to my perfect screen on my old x max pro and everything else.
no idea why some are seeing red or ??
OLED is the best out their for color accuracy, I have 2 OLED TVs that are also perfect.
nothing beats them today.
Yes I have seen the pictures posted here and don’t know why.

I had yellow crap screens years ago, I certainly know what they look like. I always adjust to perfect white (or as close as I can get), all mine and friends TV's. If it was yellow or reddish I would know, yellow especially as my eyes have very great difficulty reading on yellowish screens.Don't believe it

test to see what your screen looks like
here are some picture shots of the phones , of course you will need to display them on a perfect white screen
the one on the left seems perfect, the one on the right (it could be the way you took the shot also and the camera could have focused on the one to the right more ??) seems a tad darkerhow are these?
The iPhone on the left has a bit of red tinting on the left side of the screen.how are these?
I can't notice it in real life so not gonna look for problems, but thanksThe iPhone on the left has a bit of red tinting on the left side of the screen.
12 pro on the left vs 12 on the right, 800 nits vs 625.the one on the left seems perfect, the one on the right (it could be the way you took the shot also and the camera could have focused on the one to the right more ??) seems a tad darker
both of mine were set to 50% brightness, and I took the picture with the other iPhone 13, and both have the same Zagg screen protector on, and I used that link I posted in my last post. just for reference.
Reddish tint?My 13 Pro Max is definitely cooler compared to my 11 Pro Max. Apple/Samsung did a good job of the displays this year!
And just a question how is the battery on the 13 pro or max?Reddish tint?
Check out this thread, people are reporting their battery life for the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max.And just a question how is the battery on the 13 pro or max?
Don't waste your time playing the screen lottery, all these garbage oled panels have a pinkish, red tint, they are still slightly yellow as well, make sure you have a uniform display and don't worry about the rest.I hate Apples dumb quality man.
Payed 1149€ and got one perfect screen and one reddish imo.
Returned the good screen due to silver phone. Prefer graphite this year.
I don‘t want to wait a month or more to get a new iPhone.![]()
WowDon't waste your time playing the screen lottery, all these garbage oled panels have a pinkish, red tint, they are still slightly yellow as well, make sure you have a uniform display and don't worry about the rest.
Only way we'll get perfect displays, apple needs to ditch oled for micro led.
It is always the next display technology that is the perfect display technology. And that new technology only introduces a whole new set of issues.Don't waste your time playing the screen lottery, all these garbage oled panels have a pinkish, red tint, they are still slightly yellow as well, make sure you have a uniform display and don't worry about the rest.

I’m seeing red tint in your last photo.Wow
I have 2 with perfect screens, if your statement was even close to right, at least one of mine would be crap yellow or reddish.
Oled is trash, off axis color shift, tint issues, un even brightness and so on.OLED is the best out their now and for probably at least 8 more years, unless their is some miracle on micro LED. Samsung is even jumping in on the OLED and purchasing a crap load from LG to put in their TVs next year , due to the fact they are the best out their today for reasonable $$$.
No idea, it’s time apple moved away from oled, has too many flaws.Given current ways that display panels are made is it possible to even get consistent displays for all displays produced? What needs to happen for this to improve?
