For those that care, GSMARENA just got a story on a Ukrainian website that accidentally slipped the release of colours and storage options!!

“a hiccup from a Ukrainian retailer may have revealed all of the color and storage configurations that the entire iPhone 13 lineup will arrive with.

If the report by the outlet is to be believed, the iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 will arrive in six colors: black, blue, purple, pink, white, and Product RED. The mini will be available in both 64GB and 128GB storage options. Meanwhile, the iPhone 13 will arrive in either 128GB or 256GB.

The iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max will arrive in four, more conservative colors: black, silver, gold, and bronze. The Pro will come in either 128GB or 256GB storage options while the Max will come in 256GB and 512GB variants”

I just checked for my own sake, but the iPhone 12 Pro comes in 512GB. Weird that the following year a camera that probably uses higher rate videos will be offered with less storage. I don’t we should probably wait for next week. I’m on holidays so have way too much pent up excitement over this new iPhone. (Pro Max unless the regular pro is decent)

No. It’s not like that at all. If the Pro starts at 512 then people who don’t need that much storage will be forced to spend more money for no reason.
Except I didn’t say anything about raising the price. The starting size has increased before, without a price change.

Ha. I noticed this as well. Pink is already poppin. And usually if, Apple hits on colors that aren’t trending until they step in. So yeah, if true, this would be a bit different. Good call. ;)
I mean they could like "revitalize" the trend even further...

Still I'd discourage anyone in this discussion from investing too much in pink furniture / accesories for their home... I think it will look dated in like 3...2....1... already dated. 😛 (nah, but in a couple years probably...)

Really stress about the tone and make sure you're happy and comfortable with it (think years) and REALLY stress about not putting too much pink in whatever space you're trying to liven up.

Green is my favorite color iPhone. My 12, iPad Air 4 and 24 inch iMac are all green. Of course Apple takes it away. Definitely not getting a 13 now. Another crap incremental update anyways. The notch-less redesigned 14 is what the 13 should have been. Pass.

You’re not being forced into anything.

Vote with your wallet. Don’t make threats to “kick” Apple employees.

Just keep your 12 mini another year.

I said I’d want to not that I’m going to (threat). Learn the difference.

also many prefer the small form factor and with reducing storage options, the mini this last year doesn’t provide much of an option over the 12 mini. This means lack of choice this sooner or later I will be forced to uogrser to a larger model - if I want to stick with iOS and get best long term value from my smartphone.

True. They are pros at dangling the carrot to get customers to buy up to the next level. But I think we still have to wait and see what Apple actually ends up offering.

64GB base storage in 2021 is such a scummy and terrible thing. I sure as **** hope this isn't true. There were rumors earlier in the year that said Apple was finally ready to use 128GB as base. I hope it's not 64GB.

128 GB is base in Pro models only. Maybe next year it will be base in all.

Some leaks from this guy on Twitter. Not sure what his track record is

iPhone 13 pro - space grey (matte black?) and bronze/rose gold

Nice find. Anticipation is killing me. How long after announcement do they deliver? Can’t remember last year.

Depends on the models. The high volume models usually dispatch first, then lower volume later. I think it was like 3 weeks for the regular 12’s and 12 pros last time, then the mini came, and finally the 12 pro Max like 7 weeks later in November. I remember sitting out the entire product rollout to see the mini before buying it (then returning it twice to get the Pro🤣). I think it was 3-4 weeks for the 12’s. But of course everything is clown world still, with parts supply issues, so who knows what roadmap this will follow, but I’d count on 3-4 weeks.

That bronze is ugly. A Burgundy would have have been a nice addition.

What are ya'll storing on your phones? Seriously? I wonder sometimes.

I have a 256GB iPhone 11 Pro Max and only 65GB is in use. I'm a heavy user of Photos and Music; iOS does a good job of keeping the data I need on my phone so it doesn't have to go out to iCloud very often.

It's funny, for me it felt like we went from always not having enough space to having more space we know what to do with and then some, and then some more.

I'm just wondering what the use cases are for people who want 512GB and 1TB iPhones. Are ya'll storing copies of every movie you like or something?
I only have 1400 songs in my Apple Music collection and that is over 55GB alone using the lossless setting. Then there's 4K video. I used to think a half TB was crazy on a phone as well until recently.
