My current iPhone can't last a day anymore, and that's keeping it on low power mode. Safe to say can't wait for my 14 Pro to arrive this Friday!
Probably. I don't know if you've looked inside a modern smartphone, but the tolerances are pretty tight.Would it really have hurt to squeeze in an extra 30mah and officially call it the largest battery ever in an iPhone?
I’m just goofing. It’s all good. I still use the iPhone 11 Pro Max, and the battery lasts all day so that’s enough for me. As long as a phone lasts all day, what more do you really need? Just charge the battery overnight. 👍🏼You got an extra hour of battery life in the 14PM, though. That phone was already ten steps ahead of others in the battery life department.
It’s physically not much larger than that. That’s only the screen size.I once had a Plus but that was with 6S Plus.
That was 5.5 inches. This is 6.7...idk how I'd be able to carry a Pro Max around. But the battery life is much bigger than reg. Pro![]()
It means 00.66 percent less, or 11 minutes and 53 seconds of a 29 hour period (also known as nothing).Whoa... 29 less mAh. What does this mean...
It means you'll need to download those 29mAh off the app store.Whoa... 29 less mAh. What does this mean...
It’s interesting how the non Pro models have larger batteries.
The casing (outer dimensions) is almost the same, but the Pro Max is 25% heavier than the 6S Plus.I once had a Plus but that was with 6S Plus.

Yes, but the Plus would have longer battery life than the Pro, so, in order of battery life:Isn't the A16 more power efficient than the A15? That would help battery life on the Pro models.
plus has the 13 chip tho right?Yes, but the Plus would have longer battery life than the Pro, so, in order of battery life:
14 Pro Max
14 Plus
14 Pro
14
According to Apple though, one measure of battery life - audio playback - is slightly longer on the Plus than the Max.
Yes, the 14 and 14 Plus have A15, which is the same as chip as in iPhone 13.plus has the 13 chip tho right?
And that's assuming the same device - in the iPhone 14 Pro Max with a different screen and SoC, you're getting more battery life than the 13 Pro Max despite the smaller battery anyway. It means 00.66 percent less, or 11 minutes and 53 seconds of a 29 hour period (also known as nothing).

Correct.Isn't the A16 more power efficient than the A15? That would help battery life on the Pro models.
Maybe you need to take a closer look 🧐.So Apple got rid of the physical sim tray in the iPhone 14 Pro Max… but it’s battery size got smaller compared to the iPhone 13 Pro Max? 🤔 You’d think if anything, it would get bigger.
The be clear, the 256gb requirement for 4K video is for ProRes, not regular 4K. I haven’t beard that still pro raw photos require more 256gb.the 14 pro has a smaller battery than the regular 14?
this 14 pro is becoming less pro (since you need 256gb at least for the 4k video recording, and not sure if the 48 pro raw needs 256gb).....
Exactly. Still photos (HEIC or RAW) and 4K HEVC should be fine for 128 GB.The be clear, the 256gb requirement for 4K video is for ProRes, not regular 4K. I haven’t beard that still pro raw photos require more 256gb.
That’s means is less battery by 29 mAhWhoa... 29 less mAh. What does this mean...
I think you might be pleasantly surprised at how little difference there is in case size. Losing the enormous bezels the 6S Plus had made all the differenceI once had a Plus but that was with 6S Plus.
