App came live a few minutes late but the preorder was there and placed the order and phone is arriving on 9-16. 256 gb purple pro max.
Didn't work using Safari on my Mac, got to the second-to-last step and it froze for a while.
Tried on my iPhone using the Apple store app, worked easily and quickly. My pre-order is in.

other than going live a few minutes late, that was a really ease experience. i pre pre ordered earlier in the week, so i just had to check out. 1tb 14 pro coming in hot!
Because the site was down for a bunch of us. I'm seeing the same dates and no option for release day pickup. great job Apple.

Easy. 14 Pro Max for me and 14 Pro for wife, 9/16 delivery. Airpods Pro 2 for me 9/23 delivery.
Store app came up about 6 after for me. Black pro 512 delivery for 9/16. No carrier.
Jeez. Checked out at 6:09 via the Apple Store app. My Apple Pay wouldn’t work. Switched to iPad, still using the app, and used my card, worked fine. First time having problems.

Store opened for me about 2 minutes after the hour. Order in for Pro Max Deep Purple (256GB) 30 seconds later and confirmation email hit the inbox at 8:03 a.m. Only hitch was I wanted in-store pick-up, and that didn't seem to take. So I'll be playing the where's-the-plane/wait-for-UPS-on-Friday game next week. First-world problems.
Trying to figure out my tax question and Apple is super busy: “Due to extremely high volumes we are unable to answer your chat at this time. Please try again later.” It is launch day I suppose.
Always force quit and restart the app. I was doing it every few seconds from 4:59, and got in at 5:02. My order was complete within 20 seconds, most of which was me double-checking the details.
Took until 7:05 for the app to open for me. I kept trying store pickup and it kept resetting. By the time I switched to Delivery, shipping was at Sept. 26-28th. My store still shows pickup available for the 16th but I’m locked-in because of the iPhone Upgrade Program. Just another year of poor access on Apple’s part.
