you don't read very well. many of us were not able to even access the site to order until several minutes later. THE SITE WAS DOWN AT 8 AM FOR MANY OF US. Jesus.

It is "APPLE'S FAULT" for not allowing all customers to access the site at the advertised time.

Used the Apple Store app. Super smooth process. I didn’t really want to upgrade this year, but alas, we like our toys.

Changed my order from a 14 Pro Max to a regular Pro too and still managed to get an order in for pick up on the 16th. Also ordered an umber leather case which should be delivered on the 12th.

Ordered 14 Pro Max in silver for in store pickup on the 16th. It wouldn't load on my MacBook Air so I did it on my iPad.

You would think by now Apple would have a stable website on launch day but maybe not possible with this amount of demand.

I checked out at like 5:08 pst and checkout said delivers sept 16 but now email and order status say sept 28-oct 3. Anyone else get the bait and switch? 512 14 pro max black. Never not had it on launch day in recent years. Really annoying
