And everything I’m saying is what Apple told me at least I’m trying to find a solution by calling support I’m trying my best but it doesn’t seem like they are willing to fix it
I contacted apple support 3-4 times, went through all their steps up to resetting to factory settings.
And now I provide them with different data such as:
• screen recording,
• wild rift game screen recording (I will clearly show that on their phone in the game there are very bad 60 fps, with the 120 fps option enabled),
• video recording of the phone screen from another device (to show that on their phone in the interface the peak frame rate per second is 80, not 120).
• I also gave them a link to this topic, for familiarization of technical specialists (since there is a lot of useful feedback here).
I do my best to draw their attention to the problem.
I just want to play wild rift on a phone with smooth, stable 120hz, that's what I bought this phone for
it's just ridiculous that the two multi-billion dollar companies Apple and Riot games still can't solve a problem that will completely kill the use case of any iPhone and iPad with a 120hz screen running 16 OS for wild rift.
And I'm pretty sure that it's Apple's fault with its pro-nonsense innovations. All they have to do to fix this is to add a locked 120hz option to the motion settings, which has been on any android with 120hz screens for a long time and is absolutely the right solution.
