something is definitely off cause here in the states they are very responsive and always have offered a solution to problems.Ive given up on PR support. They finally replied back on 19th saying below:

After I take video of my Arc Pulse Ti - support finally decided that it's defected and sent me replacement. They are great 👍.I’m pretty much full time in my new, tight fitting Arc unless I’m on an outdoorsy weekend excursion, which is covered by the Phone Rebel. Not sure where a Caudabe would fit in with their dismal protection-to-weight ratio. I’m also annoyed with their customer service reps who have been shining us on for months with the “stay tuned” comments. No thanks.

QC with cases in general seems poor across almost all brands. My new Phone Rebel has a gap between the metal camera surround and the TPU body on one corner. This showed up after taking the case off just a couple of times. It’s a perfect spot to trap every type of dust and detritus. Now I have to decide if it’s worth the hassle to deal with PR support and ship it back for a replacement. Ugh.
So this year I had a defective Arc, Süti, Otterbox, Phone Rebel, Pitaka, and a number of Benks. It’s been a banner year. 😂
