Picking the top three cases isn't easy, since some of the minimalist case have features and other differences that appeal to some people and which other people don't like, including artwork. But some of the main manufacturers of minimalist cases that get good reviews are Benks, Pitaka, and Phone Rebel. I bought the Benks minimalist case, and it feels very nice and slim, but other manufacturers make very similar cases.
