I did a thing.....................

Even paid extra for Priority Mail shipping

Was going to order from Amazon, but the orange button kit had a long ship date.

Oh, outstanding. I can tell you are a talented visual artist. The vivid stripes on the tube sock really bring out the je ne sais quoi of the device. If it's not too much trouble, would you replace the phone with an iPhone Air and zoom out a bit so we can see it being worn by someone? Perhaps someone with a magnetic personality such as Sydney Sweeney or Gal Gadot. For science.

Yeah, so talented: “Hey Nano Banana, put an iPhone in a sock.” 😂

I also think there’s plenty of camera protection, just the alignment is a bit off. A megacheap AE plateau sticker is more aligned than this… go figure.
if only that camera cover would be more pronounced but the cover around the lens just seems a little under the depth of the lenses so it's not full protection, even on uneven surfaces there could be a high risk for body damage

Just ordered the case on Amazon, my uncle is so excited to have his phone rebel case for his brand new 17pm. He's been rocking his Gen 4 for his 14pm since he took his phone out of the box.

Guys, why dont case makers actually cover the back camera plateau and increase the lip to further keep the iphone lenses away from surfaces ?
They do. In the Sheath photos you referenced above, you’re seeing an optical illusion—the rim of the case rises above the lenses by ~1mm. This is true of almost all cases, including even the ultra minimal aramid cases.

There’s a lip for the camera plateau then the lenses are “seated” not flush.
