I am ordering both an Air and Max, but have a really good feeling i am going with the Air this year. I have here a BENKS Max case and a ESR Air case. Just the feel in hand alone made me gravitate towards the Air. Perfect screen size, and can’t imagine how light the phone will be.

Doing a side by side comparison on the Apple site, the only difference I can see besides the obvious battery size, is the triple camera. Happy to see the Air is getting an AOD.

Here are side by side pics…it’s night and day. The Max case is thicker than any of my 16PM cases.

Ugh, so no Suti carbon fiber phone back for the 17 Pro yet. I plan on ordering it in Raven Black NanoLeather. That should pair well with the Cosmic Orange 17 Pro. Saddle Brown NanoLeather is an option as well 🤔

I just can't do Suti again this year. They went from an all-silicone back in the 15 series to that noticeably cheaper-feeling plastic-with-silicone-veneer on the 16s, but didn't advertise them in that way for the preorder. They kinda spoiled themselves for me.

🤔 interesting, so like a silicone back plate on the back? I am not going for silicone; going for NanoLeather which has a vegan leather back plate.

Yes, when they first came out, the Suti Phonebacks were a sleek-looking seamless sheet of silicone that molded up to the camera plateau on the 15 Pro. In the run-up to the 16 Pro, they were still showing that design in the preorder campaign, but then when they arrived, they were the design you see now: plastic frame with a silicone overlay. You can feel the seam around the overlay and it doesn't feel nearly as premium as their original design. Combine that with delays in shipping preorders past the promised date, it was a very slimy experience.

I see Caudabe's cases are up on the website but all showing "Sold Out" - I assume that's the same for everybody and they havent yet been made available to order?

Would be pretty annoying if they'd sold out already, signed up to their mailing list to be notified when they're available and havent received any notification yet.

Which watch are you getting this year?

I know I'm probably just repeating what others have said but this has to be the worst colour lineup of Pros...ever. Silver (classic but boring), Orange (fun and new but a novelty you'll regret within a couple of months) and Blue (boring).

Needed another Natural Titanium or the return of an all-time classic colour - Midnight Green or Slate.

Genuinely not sure what colour to go for...all have their pluses and minuses.

Good to know. I recently caught on to Suti and may give it a shot. The NanoLeather always had an overlay, so maybe not a huge design change from that perspective.

Did I see something about a new thin Magsafe battery pack during that air presentation or have I just lost my mind?
