I must say Im loving this Bellroy Venture. Solid outdoor case.View attachment 2578894

What's the actual grip like? Is it nice and snug on the phone? Does it show the frame around the screen or does it cover that? Are there any spots where it's saggy, like above the USB-C port?

I'd been eyeing this case, but never pulled the trigger on it, so I'm curious.

The grip for me is pretty good. Them groves on the side really helps. Makes it a lot easier to grip and hold the iPhone. Pretty stiff sides just the usual give near buttons pretty similar to Sheath. Doesn’t show the frame at all. Only shows if you pull sides near the buttons but you can easily push them back in place.

I have a Caudabe Sheath for my 17P and was contemplating ordering a dbrand Grip, but they are similar cases. So I haven’t pulled the trigger on the Grip.
Yeah they're seem similar enough that it probably doesn't make sense to have both. Very much enjoying the Grip that I'm sure I will be using it 90% of the time except to give the Tech Woven some use.

Do you think we only review what’s sent to us? Something that I think majority of people on here dont realize is that every one of my top cases that I like which includes DBrand, Caudabe, Phone Rebel, Pitaka, doesn’t matter, they send me a case and if I really like it, I automatically order another one for myself extra.

People assume we only review what’s sent and we don’t spend money on cases. I can’t speak on other creators but I spend just as much as you guys in here on cases.

But that’s something I don’t announce nor should I. That’s where the criticism stems from, creators who gets sent stuff is unethical when that same creator literally spends thousands on cases every iPhone cycle.
Agreed. I've spent plenty on cases and other accessories so far as well. Often times I don't wait for a company to send something out either, I'll just buy it. And just because something was sent free, doesn't mean it won't get trashed the same way it would get trashed if we bought it. The receipts are on our channels.

Its been delivered but not happy. Case got scratches. Seems like a used item. It was shipped directly via Bellroy as well.

Def looks used…… I’ve heard this case fits like crap (very loose) which is why i haven't bothered to pick it up from BB yet. Is this true or does it have at least a nice tight fit around the phone?

Solid case. Not very heavy but make Pro feel like a Plus size iPhone. Definitely feels rugged and protective. There is plenty of gap between Plateau and the case. And also plenty of gap between the iPhone and lanyard attachment.
Definitely Nomad Rugged wannabe.
