iPhone 17/Air/Pro/Pro Max Cases

TechWoven and clear Pro cases arrived today, not keen on the TechWoven….feels cheap tbh…..clear feels like every clear case really.

No Apple cases for the Pro/Max are that good IMO. Third-parties rule now.
And for leather... well obvs not.

I had better luck the year I used one. Was the year saddle brown was discontinued by Apple. Mine patina’ed nicely and held up well, until a horrific recliner accident where it sacrificed itself to save the phone (mostly).
 
These are the ones I have gotten for my silver 17 pro max for now....more will most probably follow ;)

Most unsure of that last white one to be honest, but it was a 3 for 2 deal so figured i would at least see it in person.

Ultimately went with the Rhinoshield Mod NX bumper for my orange 17 Pro. It's the closest I could find to Apple's own bumper for the Air. I've had a few of their bumpers in the past and they're always solid.

Been using ESR cases for a while due to the perfect fitment, thin protection, grippiness, camera cover kickstand, and value.

Just ordered the same this time around, in Frosted Blue.

which model? they've got tons.
 
Got my Air ordered but now I am wondering if I should just grab the apple bumper or wait and see what other bumpers come out.
 
So I received the black TechWoven yesterday and put my 16 Pro Max in it for a test run. I used it most of the day yesterday and this morning and already barely 24 hours later, the corners of the case, the fabric is looking “ashy” from being held in hand. I even grabbed a moist rag to clean it and it just comes right back to looking the same. I can only imagine after daily use how it’ll look.

Yes it definitely is much better than FineWoven. It feels great in hand as well. I ran my nail across it and no scratch but this wear on the sides already after barely handling it is a pass for me on this case. Not trying to rain on anyone’s TechWoven parade just sharing. It’s going back not worth the premium $60 price imo.

I’d pass on it but that’s my opinion! A friend of mine received his, I didn’t sway him at all and I thought he’d like it but he’s returning his as well. It’s a no go in my books! Another year of no Apple Cases for me lol

Yeah, but it is crazy that I can place an order now and estimated shipping date is 9/19. I can cancel/reorder but that may screw things up and maybe not worth the trouble at this point.
 
Went with the deep blue 17 Pro this year - every year I go with a custom abstract design case from Casetify, and this year felt like a blue and red mix on the back. Orange could’ve worked with it too, but I think the cosmic orange color iPhone is a bit too strong for my taste. Nice to see that this year the case maker added an integrated camera control button.

Caudabe iPhone 17 PM buttons the same as 16 Pro Max?

Not sure if I need to order need buttons also when ordering a 17PM case?

I don’t see why they would be any different I’m sure it’s the same.

Don’t know about the buttons, but what color case are you getting to go with the Orange Crush™?
