Having just received my PM, the tech woven case is going back. Didn’t like the feel in hand at all, esp coming from the sheath on my 11PM
The otter box cactus arrived from Amazon damaged, so I guess a cheapie ESR case it is, til Caudabe ships.
Seeing these cases with the open plateau, I wonder if getting the precise cutout sheath is the right move, given reports of how scratch prone the aluminum is

It’s about 35 grams. Feels the same bulk wise as Apple TechWoven. Doesn’t feel too bulky and I’m picky about bulky cases as I prefer ultra slims.

Saw silver Pro Max today at the store, it looks sooo much better in real life. And much easier to match with different cases.

These were the exact cases I have in my carts. Thank you SO much haha.
Ended up exchanging the black air for a gold air. Black air is nice but the gloss reminds me of car interior finish that just gets a bunch of micro scratches and always looks smudgy.

The PitaTap covering the CC makes it so much more pleasant to hold in hand vs the cutout on the Benks and I believe the Pitaka might be a gram or two lighter lol.
I’m returning the Aurora ArmorAir.
I’ve settled on the Pitaka Moonrise with Silver phone. Deep Blue is going back along with Sunset case.
I caved and placed the order 😂 this precise cutout looks amazing IMO. This big ass cutout this year with these cases not sure I’m feeling yet.

Decided my impatient butt couldn’t wait til, the 30th. Cancelled my orange went to a store and saw the silver. Decided on that and snagged a black silicone and my goodness it’s a 🔥 combo. Not to mention the silicone this year checks all the boxes. 0 gaps or movement anywhere in the case. The clickiest buttons I have ever experienced and the midnight this year is noticeably darker. Happy camper.

Ok. I love how my iPhone 17 Pro Max looks with the OtterBox Defender Series. However, something feels off on the right side, near the Camera Control button. It doesn’t make a proper “click,” so it feels a bit loose there. Also, if I press slightly above it, the Camera Control gets activated even though I didn’t actually press the button.
