Emailed them through the Amazon message section. Nothing I’ll order another one of these. Scratches don’t bother me when the screen is on
Oh got it through Amazon. I thought directly. I guess the US since they refunded. For me I don’t hsve the option just return screen protector in Canada.

So far ive tried:
- zagg xtr 4 way privacy (awful coverage/ awful installation/ awful everything)
-weskin 4 way privacy (decent coverage/ okay install/ some touch sensitivity issues, okay clarity, poor to non existant AR coating)

and now the flolab privacy 2 way 3d edge version. It is by far the best. The screen clarity is the best ive seen for a privacy protector. The coverage is by far the best, and the AR coating is great. I think by far its the best privacy protector you can find based on the ones ive tried and looking around. The install was also easy and they provide a nice full screen sticker. I did have bubbles that i squeegeed out. The touch sensitivity is also better than the ones mentioned above.
My flolab privacy guard is coming today. Really happy to see a positive review.

I emailed them directly and uploaded pictures. They replied back and now I’m waiting to see when they will send out a replacement for my cracked screen protector.

Is this the Flolab screen protector to get on Amazon? Link
They have two "premium" ones listed Option 1 OR Option 2. I think the link I posted on amazon is for option 1

What's the difference between the 2

How the install process? I usually just go to Zagg in the mall and have them deal with it and easy for me to just go to the mall for a replacement if needed..

So I ordered the flolab to give them another shot because why not and the install was crooked again. Still blocks pixels. Tried to fix it but got a piece of dust in there, tried to get that out and made it worse lol ripped that trash off. New origarmor comes in tomorrow. Shoutout Amazon prime. Never wasting money with flolab again. Rather see 100% of my screen even if it’s scratched to hell

I wonder what is happening? Is the screen protector attached to the tray correctly from the factory? Or does it slide around when you're pulling the film off? Or does the tray itself not attach to the phone securely? Just curious so I know what to look out for when I install mine. The way they advertise it, it looks like if there's an alignment issue it's entirely their fault.

So far the 2 screen protectors I've used (from other brands) have been the kind where you put a bumper frame on the phone and then manually place the screen protector on top.

Thanks!

If you have the regular pro you’ll be fine. The pro max has thinner bezels than the pro. Which is why the pro don’t really have issues. But I think they are using the same bezel demension on both screen protectors hence the slight cut off on the Maxes

You should try the “3D” version from their direct site instead of through Amazon since it’s not available. According to @CoolRunnings, the alignment is perfect and no blocked pixels.

This was the 3d version direct from their site.

Whats it like? Full screen coverage with no overlap? Slightly beveled edge?
Have you ever needed to get it replaced?
I rarely use screen protectors at all, but then again I look after my phone - never place anything else in the same pocket etc, but looking to get one on my wife's hone before she throws it into her bag with all her other stuff! lol
IMO, it's nice. It has no black border, so no pixels are blocked.

I don't believe the edges are beveled, but I don't have problem as I always use a case. If not using a case, I'm not sure how it would feel in day to day use. The lip of the case plays a part in how it would feel when swiping.

I've never had to get a replacement. I was told that if it ever cracks, the replacement process is this: Send the serial number (on the envelope the protector comes in), and the receipt to Belkin. They send you a new one, and you can go to the Apple Store to have it installed.

They also sell a version that comes with an installation tray. I have no experience with that model.

Let me know if you have any questions that I didn't answer, and I will try to answer as best I can :)

Here’s my origarmor after a month lol

I did send them an email and they refunded me so I’ll order another one once I crack this one.

Mine's nowhere near as bad. I do have 2-3 tiny microscratches but you couldn't tell unless under bright sunlight. And they don't impact clarity.

Then again i put my phone in a solo pocket with nothing else in it. And i avoid putting it face down.

I also avoid cleaning it against clothing and use microfibres cloths instead

Just slapped on my new one, they may have updated them or batched them different, this one has a bluer reflection than my last one did. So maybe you have an updated one. I also put mine in its own pocket and have the cases that keep it off the table

Aye I received my "FLOLAB NanoArmour ONETIME PRO for iPhone 17 Pro Max Screen Protector, Anti-Reflective,PolarSpectra Anti-Rainbow, Tempered Glass, Ultra Clear, Infinity Edge, Easy Install, Reinfored-Edge" screen protector today, and as promised, here's my quick impressions!

The screen protector appeared to be installed inside the installation frame okay, so I don't think I got it on the phone crooked. That's good. It came with 1 giant sticker to remove dust instead of a few smaller ones... honestly I prefer the smaller ones because it's easier to make multiple passes. I like the cleaning wipe it came with, it didn't leave any residue at all and almost made the microfiber cloth part redundant.

I'm not sure the 'cover the whole screen with a frame' method really helps that much lol. It does keep the screen protector clean until you're ready to pull the frame off, so that's cool.

PICTURE QUALITY: AWESOME. Much better than the "unbreakcable" one I was using. Oh my goodness. No The unbreakcable one had some kinda internal reflection that made a page with a black background look less black. The flolab screen protector has nothing, and the AR looks great - it almost looks like I'm not using a screen protector at all.

Feel in the hand: Again, better than the unbreakcable one. No surprise at twice the cost. There was a little tiny bit of adhesive residue from the sticker that attached the screen protector to the plastic film on the installation frame? It made the left side get fingerprints easily lol.

Edges: Sadly, I wish I had the 3D one. This one has the black edges and YES, using that single pixel white frame, one side is always obscured by it. It feels like either the black outline is covering up 2-3 lines of pixels on the left side, or maybe the frame didn't install 100% on-center? There is zero play in the frame though, so I can't see how that is possible. If I tilt the phone around to see the left side? I can kinda see a rainbow effect.

What bothers me even more is how the edges on the non-3D version look. Check this out:

It's like there's 2 layers, right? And the top layer is bigger than the bottom layer. You can definitely stick a fingernail between the screen and the screen protector with ease.

Okay one plus side about that black border: It'll cover any dust that gets around the edge lol.

Also this feels awesome inside my case! Since it's slightly wider than the screen, I can't really tell there's a screen protector at all. Without the case, unfortunately yes I can because of the way that edge sticks out... but it's really not a big deal.

OTOH because the way the installation frame left the border ever so slightly off to the right ARGGH I can tell the left border of the screen is slightly wider than the right border.

Impossible to capture that in a picture lol
