Excuse the crappy pics. I forgot my iPad at work. Loooooove the feel in the hand of the gen 7 rebel. No pinky pain whatsoever! Earpiece area does have some give if you push up on it but I wouldn’t say it’s anymore than the air2 case. Plus it helps with removing and inserting the case a bit. Here’s a few pics with the air 2 side by side and I think one with the cactus in there. Had to screen shot and post because Macrumors always tells me my pics are too big

Bro, coming in hard with that matching CC button 😉 Is it plastic where the metal camera frame screws into the case? Can you show the extra precise plateau cover that was included as a pre order bonus?
I might have to break down and order one 🙂

Yes plastic where it screws in and it’s inset so it’s away from your phone. I’ll snag a pic later. I actually opted to not get the plateau cover, as it would have made me have to wait till November 11th for them to ship them together. They told me next time I place an order to just leave them a note with my order number for this case and they will include it then for me. But I’m running imos lense protectors so I don’t think the cover would of fit either way

Mous Limitless for the Air. I like to have one super protective case in the rotation for those times when I don’t want to worry about the phone while doing outdoorsy things like hiking, camping, cycling, gardening, and so forth. This is it.
It’s actually very nice. Great fit (everything lines up perfectly), good buttons (clicky with no rattles), grippy, and pretty comfortable (they’ve rounded the back edge a bit compared to years past). The CC is good this round, now on par with Spigen, Apple, Caudabe, etc. The top edge above the plateau is rigid due to the wrap around poly frame, unlike many cases that are weak in that area. Like always with Mous, the top and bottom screen lips are quite pronounced, which I don’t mind on this type of case. And, at 43 grams, it’s not ridiculously heavy for what it is. Overall I think it will serve its intended purpose well (protecting from major drops on gnarly surfaces).

Damn, That Mous for the Air looks great 😎 There is always a soft spot in my heart for the Mous aramid fiber 🙂

Yeah, it’s become a bit of a classic. This iteration is really clean, there’s nothing to really nitpick.
Yes, it’s the Ultraglass 9H (Ultraglass brand, not the Belkin).

Only guessing here, but I bet the reason they have to do that is to counter the scammers who fake a defect to get a free case, which they then sell for a profit.

The Mous cases are pretty solid this year. Not an aramid fan myself, but the black leather is a good case.

Got the Smartish Gripzilla clear/black a few days ago and absolutely love it. It’s exactly what I was looking for with this silver iPhone. It feels nice in hand, has the big corner vibe that I like and they added a CC button this year. Only thing they can do to make it better is floating buttons. They still have the built in buttons but they are super clicky and responsive, but metallic floating buttons just look more premium. Absolutely recommend.

It’s the same case as the one I posted, but with a leather inlay on the back in place of the aramid fiber inlay. They’re also available with walnut and bamboo inlays.

I have the one with the speckled fabric inlay coming this week (they sent it out pretty quickly after I ordered it last week but the treck across the canal took a while). Was my favorite version on the 15PM and I also have the same case for my AirPods. It just feels so nice to hold. Very much looking forward to it after seeing the pictures of your Air.

There’s always the Sharpie trick. I don’t mind it really, I’m just glad they’re back to a single logo—two was over the top.
