That’s a tough question. I love them both a lot, I guess the Beats case gets a point extra for being more comfortable to hold while the Mous gets a plus for being a tad more protective when it comes to drops on the back. So, it‘s a tie I guess.

I’ve had no problem with either car mount (ESR with crazy strong magnets) or Popsockets. If you’re not trying to mount this on your bike, you should be fine.
It tends to lose its slipperiness over time I feel. Even with dry hands now I never feel like I would drop it. And the screen lip helps with pulling it out of pockets because it acts like a grip you can hold on to. I was worried in the beginning too and used a popsocket when I visited an amusement park in the fall. But the slightest bit of moisture makes it super grippy.

Yeah, the lip hugging the display basically is very sharp on the inside.

The Mous is heavier I think and feels like it, too. They are both chunky in their own way.

Yeah, the Mous fit is tight this year. This is normally a good thing unless you’re a serial case swapper like some of us. 😁😉

I feel like once I’ve tried every case I wanted to try and finally settled on a rotation of cases that ticks most of the boxes, I might slow down with the swappity swap a bit and then return to the Mous for a while. But we’re not there yet 🙃😂

I really like the look of this, would definitely consider it if I had a Pro Max. Unfortunately, it seems a little too heavy/chunky for the Air.

Not a fan of all those raised ridges on the inside of the camera plateau 😳 I like the Caudabe smooth inside better.

I think they should help absorb impacts.

But the raised ridges won’t scratch the phone if that’s what you’re worried about.

And you know this how? The finish on the 90-degree edge around the perimeter of the plateau has been shown to be extremely fragile.

Black tech woven. Looks more like charcoal and I like it on the deep blue—might not need all colors. I’m trying to get used to the feeling of a case again. It feels like a Carhartt. I’ll see if I keep it past the return date.
